5.00Absolutely excellent Tour. We had a fabulous day exploring Valparaiso, the fishing area and fish market, the seals, fabulous colorful, artful small streets. Had an amazing lunch at a local restaurant and then ended with a fabulous wine tour and tasting. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company the Personalization and the communication! We have traveled all over the world and this is definitely one of our top vendors we’ve worked with on tours. We always go first class and private and they fit the bill 100%.

5.00Julio Private Tours is the absolute best!! We had excellent communication and assistance in planning the perfect itinerary for our family. Lucas and Matías guided an amazing day with stops throughout Viña del Mar and Valparaíso. We loved the beautiful coastline, Moai statue from Easter Island, viewing giant sea lions and pelicans at the fish market, the murals and colorful streets and funiculars of Valparaíso. We had a wonderful seafood lunch looking out over the water and ended the day with a tour and wine tasting in the Casablanca Valley. It was a truly magical day and Julio Private Tours made sure that we were cared for every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

5.00Of all the bookings I made for our November trip to Chile, this tour stands out as the best! Julio and Mathias are a well-oiled machine, and the relationships they've taken the time to build in Valparaíso made the whole experience feel like we were part of a community. We saw everything we wanted to and more, got lots of welcome commentary on each location (that was sincere and didn't just sound rehearsed like so many tours I've been on), and Julio made sure to bring us to a local art gallery when we asked off the cuff if there might be a chance to purchase something to take home. My husband and I were also pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our chats during the car rides and the window we felt we got into some parts of everyday Chilean life as a result. It genuinely felt like we were driving around with friends all day, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to any family or friends I hear are travelling to Santiago. As a note (I say this because I was skeptical at first), I considered some other cheaper tours that claim to do the same thing, and there's truly no comparison. I almost booked one of those for something like 20% of the price, and if you have the ability to spend a little more, go with Julio instead. The attention to detail, customization, and personal interaction Julio and Mathias provide aren't just a marketing point they throw around. It's the real deal, and this will be the far more enjoyable experience.

It’s so different from Santiago and such diversity of sights, UNESCO listed steeetscapes. history, beautiful murals, social commentary and those sea lions!! It’s a great day trip and wish we could have done both the extended coast tour and the Casablanca vibe yard but it’s already a long day! Thanks for a great experience

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Julio and would highly recommend him. His knowledge of the area, the country, and culture were very impressive. We loved the authenticity of the fish market, Valparaiso's murals, wine tasting and eating lunch at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean. It was one of the best meals we had during our entire trip in South America!

5.00This was an outstanding experience with Julio who guided us to various remarkable spots in Santiago downtown. I highlight our moments in "La Piojera" where we tasted the traditional "terremoto" and then we headed towards the eateries at La Vega Central. There we ate fantastic Chilean dishes like 'cazuela' and 'porotos con riendas'; also we wandered through the narrow lanes within the open market and we knew and tasted many different delicious fruits. I highly recommend this tour if you wish to get the most of this traditional hidden spot in Santiago.
