What To Expect
Since 2001, Oyama Sausage Co. has been selling its artisanal pâtés, salamis, hams, prosciuttos, and sausages in the Public Market to the delight of locals and visitors alike. Over the years, Oyama’s talented team of sausage-makers have produced over 400 different products, many of which are made with exotic and free range meats.

5.00“My husband and I did this tour as part of our visit to Vancouver, and I was initially apprehensive because of all the five-star reviews. But if I could give it 10 stars, I would! The foodie tour was fantastic — everything was very well organized, with an amazing selection of food stops throughout the experience. Special shoutout to Mu for being so caring and attentive to all of his guests. He even managed the crowds at Granville Island and made sure our group could enjoy the food samples without interruption. As a vegetarian, I especially appreciated how thoughtfully dietary restrictions were accommodated.”
