This review is solely based on the lack of communication from the company and Viator. Unfortunately. We were not even able to enjoy the trip we booked months in advance and were looking forward to. When we arrived we were told we missed our 830 booking although we had a confirmation. For 1030 from Viator. No one ever reached out to us to tell us they had no room and they were unable to accommodate our party. We are only in town a few days and unable to rebook. Unfortunately this was supposed to be a highlight of our trip and turned into a disappointment. Our family missed this opportunity we had been looking forward to for months due to lacking communication between vendors.

Wrap up!!! It gets cold out on the water!! :D Easy to book and location was easy to find, all the staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Gave an excellent commentary of what we were doing and what to expect. Whilst you don't get within touching distance, you are none the less seeing whales in their natural environment and that itself is very special and priceless! We were hoping (based on the main advert picture for booking), there would be a strong chance of seeing an Orca Whale in all it's glory, if you are hoping for the same, don't be too disappointed if you don't see one as the staff did explain it is quite rare to see an Orca in the wild but we did however get to see 4 x different Humpback Whales, Seals and even an Eagle! Thank you to all at Prince of Whales for an amazing experience! Highly recommended!!

Just seeing the surrounding landscape from the water was great but then we got see the wildlife and whales. Amazing. The crew were ultimate professionals that knew what they were doing. I wasn't expecting to be that moved by the whale tails. The crew were able to identify a couple of the whales .

A must do activity if visiting Vancouver. Very friendly crew and well organised trip. Ideal activity for a sunny day to do with toddlers as it is a half day trip
