Our Courses Organic Thai Cooking School offers a range of vegetarian Thai cooking courses and informative cooking lessons in which you will learn to cook some of Thailand's most delicious dishes in the setting of a beautiful tropical garden. Preparing vegetarian food healthy meals has never been so easy. Our cooking lessons with a highly qualified teacher take place in a traditional open kitchen in a tropical garden. We have kept our classes very small, that is with a maximum of only 4 students, to ensure that you will have a highly personalized and quality experience.
• Learn to cook vegetarian food in the Thai tradition during this cooking class accompanied by commentary on Thai culinary culture.
• Visit a small scale organic farming at our small scale organic farm.
• Visit the local market. Thai markets with all their colors smells and sounds will give you an authentic look into a very interesting part of Thai culture. You will also learn about different Thai vegetables and herbs

What To Expect
Your journey begins with a quick transfer from your accommodation to the Organic Thai Cooking school, with pick up roughly 30-50 minutes before your scheduled start time. Join us for a 30-45 min tour at a local Thai market where we will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. After the lesson in the market, you will be ready to start your 2 or 3 hours lesson in our kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you will need to get started. Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic Thai food with our certified Thai teacher. 4.00You get to cook outside in a private kitchen, fascinating to see how a true Thai native lives. I learned some nuances to Thai cooking that was important and look forward to using the recipes provided. We all participated and then ate the wonderful meal!

3.00This expensive ‘experience’ was a shambles. I booked 10 days out and they cancelled as they were ‘overbooked’. Lots of back and forth. Settled on another date. The class is supposed to be 4 hours - we were home in 2 hours - no market tour, ?organic, we chopped a few vegetables, stirred some woks and out our meal and we’re hustled back to our hotel. The setting was outdoors with a couple of fans. No water was offered. I do not recommend this experience. It was a rip-off.

5.00This was an incredible experience. We learnt so much about cooking local food and the local culture. The food was delicious and they packed up what we couldn’t eat to take back to our hotel with us. The transfer to and from our hotel was very helpful. Thank you.

5.00Learning Thai cooking from a former restaurant owner was a class like no other. It has been hard to find Thai vegetarian food and we have not found tofu at any restaurants. We made 5 dishes with herbs and papaya picked right at the time of our class. She had a wide menu of 10 dishes to choose from. Not only is Eng a professional chef, her relaxed and calm demeanor was the perfect pace for us. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

5.00Had the best time learning how to make delicious authentic Thai dishes. Such a friendly and fun class. Transfers from our hotel made it super easy, plus an extra bonus is seeing beautiful scenery/ beaches in the area. We can’t wait to take this piece of Thailand home with us and cook for our family and friends. We highly recommend:) A must do!
