You'll be enjoying a three-course menu with hand-picked dishes, fresh flowers, and tableware, creating an air of sophistication.
In winter months there is a communal table for up to 10 people. In summer months small tables await guests outside.
Chef Carolina is joined by Manuel, an experienced sommelier and aesthete.

The pair behind this unique brunch are Carolina, a professional chef with a Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu School in Haute Cuisine and Patisserie, and Manuel, an experienced sommelier and aesthete. 5.00My husband and I reserved the Gourmet Bruch with Chef Carolina, (we were in Santa Fe for our 40th wedding anniversary). From the moment we walked into the beautiful garden in the back of the boutique hotel it was magical. The host showed us to our beautifully set table. Then started bringing out each dish starting with coffee, bread and little treats. It was all delicious, we felt like we on a show where you taste the chef's creations, beautiful to look at and tastes exquisite. Highly recommend this Brunch, it was the highlight of our trip! Thank you Chef Carolina and Manuel!

5.00This delicious brunch with its authentic Mexican twist was the absolute highlight of our trip. Our host and his beautiful boutique hotel were amazing. Next time we visit Sante Fe we will have this lovely meal again and we will stay in the spotless, well appointed hotel as well!

5.00Incredible experience, amazing food. The atmosphere was so inviting and peaceful. Manuel was wonderful, so friendly and easy to talk to. The food was incredible, each bite we took was just as great as the last. The length of the brunch was perfect. Well worth the price.

We have been around the world and never had such a wonderful meal and so entertaining a food experience! Fabulous beyond words! Don’t miss it. You will smile and talk about it for days.
