  I booked an airport transfer from Victoria Falls airport and was really impressed with the service. My driver was waiting on arrival, easy to find, and very professional. The car was clean, comfortable and air-conditioned – perfect after the flight. The drive was smooth, and I was given some helpful local tips along the way. Everything ran on time and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable transfer option in Victoria Falls.

  Very easy airport to get in and out. It's a small airport and nothing on the other side once you go through security, so eat first. Overall a great airport. No need to arrive too early.

  Great service from Owens Taxi’s. We used them for our transfers from Victoria falls over to Livingstone and they were on time, explained what happens at the border, helped us get our stamps for crossing over the border and met the other driver on the Zambia side who helped move our luggage to their car. They were really responsive via WhatsApp which was very handy. The prices were really reasonable. We also used them for transfer to Livingstone and it was quick and easy. Would recommend & use them again! Thanks

  I requested an airport transfer from Victoria Falls to Livingstone. I got an almost immediate response and confirmation from the team. On the day of arrival someone was standing in arrivals hall with a name board and my name and escorted us to a vehicle. While we crossed the border our luggage was transferred to another vehicle and we were taken to our accommodation. On the return leg to Zimbabwe exactly the same professional service. I didn't get the opportunity to take any of their organized tours but given our good experience I will certainly look into it next visit.

  If you are looking for on time, reliable pick in Livingstone, Owen Taxis is the best. We wish we had not booked the tours through the hotel as Owen was on time and was very knowledgeable and reasonable in price.

  Owen's was great to work with. We were set to arrive at Livingstone Airport, but had some flight issues and ended up flying into Victoria Falls Airport instead. We contacted Owen about the issue and he happily adjusted for us to pick us up at our "new" airport. Owen was very friendly, too. We would gladly book with Owen again. Had we known before booking our trip activities that Owen can take care of activity itineraries, we would probably booked some activities through Owen instead of on our own.
