Very good competent and friendly guides around Victoria Falls. In the morning on the east side in the Zambian part with Del and at noon/afternoon in the opposite western part of Zimbabwe with Shelton. Both tours offer overwhelming impressions of the falls that currently carry the highest water level. Great and highly recommended tours. You should also only book the day visa online if you stay on the Zimbabwe side for one day, because longer waiting times are expected at the border.

The experience was so amazing and worth the price we paid. My husband had a knee injury before we came and we were not able to do both sides on the same day. The team was gracious enough to accommodate our request to do Zambia Falls tour the next day and still made arrangements for boarder crossing and tour guide Shelton was an amazing tour guide and so was Lucky. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience

I recently booked a solo tour with Michael and Shelton, and it was an absolutely seamless experience. Shelton spent the day arranging every detail, including my walk on the Zambia side of the Falls, a late lunch at Bains Restaurant, and a Boma Dinner to end the night. The coordination was perfect; I didn't have to worry about a single scheduling conflict or transfer. Shelton is fantastic company; he is knowledgeable, professional, and possesses the emotional intelligence to make a solo traveler feel right at home. If you want a full day of bucket-list experiences without any of the hassle of logistics, I highly recommend booking with Michael and Shelton!

We had a wonderful time on this tour. We started with our excellent guide, Mikel, for the Zimbabwe side of Victoria Falls. He was incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive. He explained the history very well and always made sure we were aware of what was ahead. We wore shoe covers, pants protection, and raincoats — and we were very glad we did. Then we continued with another wonderful guide, Delphister, for the Zambia side. After walking for two hours on the Zimbabwe side, we were quite tired, and she took extra care to adjust the pace for us. The highlight of the Zambia side was the bridge — we had no idea there was a bridge that lets you cross over Victoria Falls to the island. It was exciting and, for me, almost a little scary. A few tips: going from Zimbabwe out → Zambia in → Zambia out → Zimbabwe in is a time‑consuming process, but our two amazing guides made it as smooth and convenient as possible. We really appreciated that. I was also communicating with Shelton, who responded very quickly and was completely transparent about everything. We asked whether the following arrangement was possible — and he organized it perfectly, including transfers and a very reasonable price: 08:30 AM – Pickup from Shrub Lodge 08:45 AM – 01:00 PM – Private Guided Tour of Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe and Zambia sides) 01:00 PM – Lunch at The Lookout Café (meals and drinks paid directly at the restaurant) 02:30 PM – Helicopter Scenic Flight over Victoria Falls Approximately 04:00 PM – Return to the hotel We highly recommend arranging your tour with Shelton.

The tour of both sides of Victoria Falls was amazing! Shelton communicated and organized this exceptionally well and answered all my questions. Delfina in Zambia and Thelma in Zimbabwe pointed out all beautiful views and also served as assistant photographers and ensured my safety in slippery areas. I loved the day at the Falls and highly recommend this tour!!!

A bit of a mixed experience. The guide for the Zimbabwe side was amazing, he was so knowledgeable and friendly. You could tell he was passionate about his job. The Zambian guide wasn't nearly as good. He didn't really say much and offered absolutely no help during the border crossing. Transportation between the Zambian side was very late, probably waited 45 mins. I had to actually call the tour company because the Zambian guide kept saying the transport is close by but they never came. It was tough because I was with my elderly mum who couldn't stand in the Sun for so long. Zambian guide also didn't tell us that we had to complete the Zimbabwe immigration form again when entering so we only found out when the Zimbabwean guide arrived and then took another 15 mins to get through immigration. Also, we were never given bottled water even though the inclusions lists it. We specifically left our water at home because of this and then had to buy when on the tour. Please note that there is also a lot of walking (over 5km for both sides) so probably not the best for older people.

We had a great experience with this private tour. Our guides Michael and Mike, and drivers James and Michael, were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the trip. They assisted my grandmother, who uses a wheelchair, ensuring she was safely transported and comfortable at all times, including help getting on and off the shuttle and through the border crossing. The tour was very convenient and well organised, allowing us to see Victoria Falls from both the Zimbabwean and Zambian sides without any stress. We would definitely recommend this tour and would gladly use them again. If travelling with someone in a wheelchair, note that only the first viewpoint is easily accessible, as the pathways further along can be rocky and slippery due to the mist from the falls. Please note that entrance fees are payable on both the Zimbabwean and Zambian sides, and the price depends on whether you are an international visitor, from a neighbouring country, or a local resident. Tips: a raincoat or poncho is provided if you book this tour (but you can bring your own if you prefer). Wear comfortable shoes(long walks and it's slippery), and bring a hat or sunglasses. A sealed sandwich bag is useful to protect your phone if it is not waterproof, as you will likely get very wet. Overall, a very enjoyable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.

This is a must visit, the Falls are spectacular and exceeded my expectations by some margin. My guides (Shelton and Delphister) were brilliant. They were informative, helpful and considerate, I couldn't have asked for anyone better.
