The company personnel tried to do their best, with poor logistics and resources. The cars that they used to transport us from one place to another were always old, dirty and with a very bad smell of dirt and perspiration. The driver and the guide's hygiene were precarious. We booked a boat trip on Zambezi river and the vehicle that transported us to the starting point was totally inappropriate for transporting tourists, basically a truck with an improvised iron structure mounted on the back platform for transporting people, but with no windshield to protect us from the wind and not even the minimum safety features. The boat tour itself, though, was nice, with good food and spectacular views. The company guides from Zambia were always late in picking us up for the activities, but the local guides that they used for the activities organized in Zimbabwe and Botswana (namely the visit to the Zimbabwe side of Victoria Falls and the Chobe safari) were very considerate and professional.

It was a unique and wonderful experience, the way the guides explain each historical moment, and explaining each animal was wonderful not only you see them but you know every thing about them, they stop and wait for you to take pictures. All on time. I went in summer season, I didn't bring so much water the falls I recommend going with more water would look more beautiful than they already are. Many thanks to the guides for their wisdom, and concern at all times.
