5.00Anna was a wonderful tour guide. Her knowledge of Vienna‘s history as well as regional history was amazing. The length of the tour was perfect. Our tour was in January, which was cold, but it was organized so that we could walk comfortably and visit sights where we could warm up. The tour ended with a delicious visit to a Viennese coffee house with a local dessert! Our guide gave us recommendations for dining and other things to do in Vienna. A perfect day!

5.00Our guide Aida in Vienna made the day truly special. We learned so much about the city’s beauty and rich history. The tour was engaging, informative, and delivered with warmth and passion. Vienna came alive through the stories and insights we were given. An excellent experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting I would highly recommend getting a private to work so you can really enjoy and stroll through the history walking into the streets of Vienna

3.00We were excited for the Vienna Gems walking tour and appreciated the chance to explore the city. We arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes early, but there was no clear signage, branded clothing, or any indication of who the guide was. Due to spotty phone reception, it took a while before we received a WhatsApp message with a vague description of the guide’s outfit. When we finally approached the guide, we were met with a rather cold and unwelcoming attitude, as if it were our fault for not recognizing them sooner. Communication during the tour was difficult due to a strong accent and fast pace, which made it hard to follow the commentary. The café stop at the end was a nice touch, though only one of us was offered cake, which felt odd. While we may have been jet-lagged and could’ve asked for more clarification, we hoped for a warmer, more engaging experience—especially at this price point.
