5.00Fantastic tour. Daniel out guide was great and brought the city alive. We did this tour as soon as we arrived which was perfect as it gave us a snapshot of all the wonderful historic sites and grand buildings so we know what we can explore tomorrow. Highly recommend this.

5.00Kurt, our guide, was amazing gave us an extraordinary tour of central Vienna. I pass by key monuments of the city and shared a cultural world that opened our eyes to see Vienna in its glory. Thanks to your tour after we were able to walk calmly and be oriented, we were also able to take good advantage of the places you taught us on our short visit. Too bad our visit was a single day, otherwise we would have called him back to see yet another part of the city. I'm sure we'll go back to Vienna just for him and his great genius!

1.00I had our tour booked for 10.50 on 31Dec19 for 4 people - at 10.45 when we contacted the tour operator from the meeting point, we were told that the tour will be delayed to 1.30pm as there were street closures for new year (which doesn't seem like information they wouldn't already have). We still understood and asked that we be contacted around midday to confirm if our tour would go ahead that afternoon. We did not hear back at all, nor have we since heard from them regarding our refund. We had expected this to be quite good based on previous reviews but the experience has been very disappointing so far. At the time of writing this review, I have not had a response to my email requesting my refund.

5.00In August I went for the first time with my family and husband to meet Vienna, we only had one day to visit it and we were fortunate to meet Alex Patzold, who was very friendly and nice to us. He asked us what we had already known, so he could take us to those most emblematic places. It was a fun experience, a hundred percent recommended, we knew a lot about the story. If you go to Vienna, you have to take a tour definitely with him.

4.00The short tour was a pleasant diversion and relief after a day of long walks. As with other similar attractions, however, it must be considered a starting point for further exploration: nothing that you could not actually see even on foot. We climbed in front of the Hoffburg and continued to the Art Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Town Hall, the Spanish Riding School, the State Opera and the Albertina. Eliana, our guide was really kind and helpful, adapting the descriptions in simple and understandable English, waiting for us to do the translations for those of us who were in difficulty. I highly recommend it.

5.00We arrived in Vienna today after 4 days in Salzburg. Being that this was our first time here, we decided to take a tour to get a better understanding of where things were. Essam (hope the spelling is correct!)was our driver and we cannot say enough about how well he explained all the sites we were seeing and allowed time for photos. He even took photos of us together at many stops. If you get the chance to take the tour, ask for Essam
