Laos’ capital city of Vientiane is an old French colonial trading post. This city is both abundant in French architecture as well as beautiful, ornate Buddhist temples. Even though it is the country’s largest city, it has not lost its friendly and laid-back character. Don’t miss out on visiting one of Laos’ most interesting sights

Sekon was an amazing and attentive guide who informed us of many cultural facts to do with the many spectacular sights we saw today. He went truly the extra mile and then more to ensure that we both had an unforgettable experience exploring the breathtaking city of Vientiane. A tour not to be missed

My partner and I went on the tour yesterday- Sak was an excellent guide- really informative and get to get the perspective of a lay Buddhist at lots of the Buddhist places. He told us stories related to the places we were visiting and was accommodating to our needs. I let the company know ahead of time that we were vegan and they took us to a vegan restaurant for lunch which was delicious! We really enjoyed visiting the Stupa and the Buddha park and Sak’s information and commentary greatly enhanced our experiences of these amazing places!

Had a wonderful time out. Sith had all the usual details, but also surprised me with lots of extras about the Lao people and local economy, plus history and tidbits about how life really is there. Incredibly polite and eager to please. Would recommend for solo trips and tight groups.

I loved my day with Thony and Lassi! We visited Vientiane’s most beautiful spots. Thony is extremely knowledgeable, interesting, patient, and pedagogue. I learnt a lot with him. Lassi is very kind and drives extremely carefully. I really enjoyed the tour that allowed me to learn more about Laos and discover unforgettable places.

We totally loved this tour. Our guide, Thony, was AMAZING! He told us all about the history of Laos, its culture, the religion. He was so knowledgeable and took the tour at exactly the right pace for us, giving us options to spend time/stop at certain places. We enjoyed every stop - all steeped in great history and back stories. It was also lovely to travel around in a really nice car with AC - very much needed between sites! An added touch was the end of the tour where Thony took us past some different spots and made food/drink/other things to do recommendations as well as the flexibility in our hotel pick (we misread the pick up time). Honestly, just came away from the day buzzing and excited to see more of Laos.

We got to see the important places in Vientiane, if not all since there was not enough time. Our guide was very accommodating and patient.
