What To Expect
• For airport pick-ups, the driver will wait at the designated meeting point. If you can’t locate the driver, please call or message our local travel expert, and we’ll assist you promptly. • The driver will wait up to 45 minutes for airport arrivals and 15 minutes for hotel pick-ups. If delayed, contact us to check the driver's availability. An additional $1.50 per 30 minutes will apply for extra waiting. • Notify us at least 3 hours in advance if unexpected delays occur to avoid charges. • For hotel pick-ups, please wait in the lobby.

5.00This company is excellent and I highly recommend using them for both transfers and tours in Vientiane. Sam and Daisy provide excellent communication via email or WhatsApp and they made my pickup nice and easy! I asked if I could make a stop at the Hard Rock Cafe to buy souvenirs before heading to the hotel and they made it happen. Their service was so good that I messaged them on WhatsApp after arriving at the hotel to set up a 1/2 day tour and return transfer to Wattay Airport. I highly recommend this company! Nice drivers and safe!

5.00The operator was in contact a few days before my flight to confirm everything so perfectly. Everything worked like clockwork. We landed, got our luggage and messaged the operator. The driver was waiting in the exact spot as agreed, very easy to find. He was a lovely gentleman and transported us in a clean, air conditioned car which had plenty of luggage space. In no time we were at our hotel and this was a very fast and affordable service. I’d happily use them again.

5.00We had a great transfer from the airport to the hotel, the gentleman was kind enough to wait while I got some money at the ATM. Good driver, no issues at all, I only booked one way but I’m going to book the return with them, not worth the hassle of hoping the taxi driver shows up. Great service!
