Such a beautiful experience, I wish it would’ve been longer!! We went on a very dark night so the bay was extra bright. I recommend going during the new moon phase that way it’s extra dark to see the bioluminescence better. Staff was very nice and the vibes were amazing. Very educational as well! 1000% recommend!

This is a great experience. The guides and tour were amazing. They explained about the bay and made sure we got to learn about its unique aspects. The Biobay itself is incredible. Definitely something worth seeing

Absolutely top-notch. DEFINITELY do the glass-bottomed kayaks! We saw so much color under our kayak and would have missed all of this in a standard boat. Our guide was fantastic!

Beautiful location! We had very friendly and knowledgeable tour guides. Even with a full moon it was definitely worth the trip

Don't go when the moon is out! We saw no bio luminous effects. It was fun kayaking at night.. go when new moon or cloudy! The moonlight kills the trip.

Maybe due to moon conditions, don’t feel special about it ,maybe don’t go to the activity at full moon .

The conditions were windy so it was challenging for some kayakers but our guide took good care of us and we had a wonderful time.

Impatient guide - windy conditions- no experienced riders. Asked if we watched a video and then took us in the water. We quickly drifted -10 riders a 1 guide - guide himself even capsized into the water - 4 of the 10 had to be towed back to land - Not a tour I’d recommend unless you are very experienced. They didn’t have the hardware or the guides required for a safe and fun experience. Choose another company-

Excellent experience; the weather and lighting conditions are ideal for maximizing the experience. The guides were very kind and took the time to give us an explanation in Spanish, always attentive to everyone in the kayaks, ensuring a lot of safety.
