After booking, travelers will receive confirmation with all pickup instructions and contact details. Please provide your flight number and destination address so we can coordinate your transfer and monitor any flight delays or schedule changes. Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport, after clearing immigration and collecting your luggage, proceed to the passenger terminal exit where your professional MM Royal driver will be waiting with a personalized sign displaying your name and our company logo for easy identification. Enjoy a private, direct, and comfortable transfer in a luxury SUV/Suburban equipped with air conditioning and spacious seating. 5.00We were advised by every one of our friends that have been to the Dominican Republic to contact Manny. We are very happy we did. It was nice to speak directly with the person that would be picking us up. Manny was very friendly and knowledgable, his English is great and he loves to help. Manny was always in contact and available at a moments notice. He made sure that anything we wanted to do that he helped us along the way to make sure everything went well. He would organize the excursions and we just had to show up. If you are travelling in the area be sure to contact Manny. By the time we left, we had made a friend. Thanks Manny

5.00We had the extreme pleasure of using MM Royal for our transfer from the Punta Cana airport to our resort. Manny came highly recommended by friends and boy were we glad we decided to use this service. First, Manny was extremely professional, kind, trustworthy and spoke fluent English. Communication was 100% and he was waiting for us with a very clear sign with our names right as you exit the terminal. Vehicle was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Already cooled and he was ready with a selection of cold drinks. This service allowed us to get to our resort faster. We were able to skip ahead of the check-In line at the resort by using this service as the resort transfer bus takes a long time to depart from airport and usually makes many stops. A FANTASTIC start to our vacation made personalized by this service. We will ALWAYS be booking this service from now on. We HIGHLY recommend.

He called the day before to introduce himself (never had that happen before), was on time, and incredibly friendly with my family. Top-notch service—won’t use anyone else. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
