AFTER THE PLAINE LANDS YOU ONLY HAVE **1 HOUR + 30MIN TO SHOW UP** - DEPARTURES (Hotel to Airport): always contact the company one (1) day before your depature to CONFIRM your pick up time. Usually we pickup customers three (3) hours before your departure flight. AFTER THE AGREED PICKUP TIME, YOU ONLY HAVE **20MIN** TO SHOW UP. TO NOT LOSE YOUR TRANSPORTATION WITH NO REFUND. - We are open to provide private transportation to any other places, private tours, city tours, restaurants.

5.00Big Serg (Sergio) and his team were absolutely amazing! From the moment we landed in Punta Cana to our very last day, everything was seamless. Our airport pickups and drop-offs were always right on time, and every excursion and dinner recommendation they gave us was spot on. We spent six days there with a group of four, and not once did we feel anything other than safe, cared for, and completely at home. Sergio and his team went above and beyond to make our trip stress-free, fun, and unforgettable.

5.00Sergio was the best person to communicate with. He made sure that everything was in line and set up for me and my three friends for my 30th birthday. Upon arrival at the airport, they were waiting outside the door for me and there was champagne and balloons in the car. They even picked us up to go to Coco Bongo in the middle of the week. As well as returning us to the airport. I am so grateful for this car service in Punta Cana. If you’re looking for a five star luxury experience you must booked them.

5.00The trip was amazing, Driver recommended place to sight see, then arranged our reservations at a popular seafood spot. Food was great, it was named Noah Great experience. After that he took up shopping. Even with a little rain , with personal attention from our driver we were well taken care of
