AFTER THE PLAINE LANDS YOU ONLY HAVE **1 HOUR + 30MIN TO SHOW UP** - DEPARTURES (Hotel to Airport): always contact the company one (1) day before your depature to CONFIRM your pick up time. Usually we pickup customers three (3) hours before your departure flight. AFTER THE AGREED PICKUP TIME, YOU ONLY HAVE **20MIN** TO SHOW UP. TO NOT LOSE YOUR TRANSPORTATION WITH NO REFUND. - We are open to provide private transportation to any other places, private tours, city tours, restaurants. 5.00We used VIP Cadillac to take us to and from the airport from Secrets Cap Cana. They were prompt, friendly and nice Cadillac SUVS. I left my jacket coming from the airport and didn't realize. They made sure to send it with the driver taking us back to the airport. Great reliable service! They also communicated well in advance of our flights. Francis and Nick were excellent drivers. The only downside is it's a bit pricey compared to the AMR vehicles for such a short drive.

5.00We used the service from the airport to the resort to the airport and both times, the driver was professional, punctual and friendly. The vehicle was spotless and the AC ice cold. The fare was the least expensive of all services I reviewed. I would most certainly use again.
