⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Journey Through the Mayan Underworld! If you are staying in Playacar and looking for the absolute gold standard of cenote tours, look no further. Our "VIP Cenotes Trip" was, without a doubt, the highlight of our entire vacation. The Secret Ingredient: Benicio What truly elevated this experience from a "tour" to a "memory of a lifetime" was our guide, Benicio, Not only was he incredibly professional, but his wealth of knowledge was staggering. He didn't just show us the water; he told us stories of the Mayan civilization, the unique geology of the Yucatán, and the ecology of the jungle. He has a way of making history feel alive. His energy and life stories kept us entertained and engaged from start to finish. Perfect Timing, Zero Crowds The "VIP" in the title isn't just for show. The logistics were handled perfectly. We managed to arrive at three different cenotes before the big tour buses and crowds showed up. Having these sacred, crystal-clear waters almost entirely to ourselves felt like a true privilege. Three Unique Worlds Each of the three stops felt distinct and special: The Open Cenote: Basking in the sunlight, surrounded by lush greenery and teeming with aquatic life. The Semi-Open Cenote: A stunning mix of light and shadow with breathtaking rock formations. The Cavern Cenote:A magical, subterranean world of stalactites and stalagmites that felt like stepping onto another planet. The Verdict: Don't settle for the crowded, normal tourist tours. If you want a personalized, deeply informative, and entertaining day in the water, book this trip and ask for Benicio. You won't regret it! He finished the trip by taking us to a great local place for lunch and showed us some good places to visit as he drove us back to our hotel in his luxury vehicle.

best tour out of cancun. my family was guided by Carlos, who was beyond knowledgeable in all the stops, including chichen itza! every question we had, he answered in beautiful narration. his jokes kept us laughing and his driving was smooth enough we all fell asleep on the two hour drive back! we are so incredibly impressed with the quality of the tour, we would absolutely recommend this to any adventurer, family, or couple that is looking to explore outside the gates and back in time. a huge thank you to carlos, who was an amazing guide!

We did a cenote cave snorkeling tour at Taak Bi Ha (which literally means Hidden Water) with MyQuest Concierge in Playa del Carmen — and I truly cannot say enough good things about this experience. MyQuest Concierge is a company run by local guides, and they completely tailor the day to you. Want to stop for lunch? Adjust timing? Customize your adventure? Just ask — they make it happen. Communication was spot-on, pricing felt fair, pickup was right on time, and everything felt easy from start to finish. 🚐 We were picked up directly from our hotel and drove about an hour to the cenote. 🤿 Our guide had all the snorkeling gear, including flashlights (which you absolutely need). When we descended the stairs into the cenote… wow. A breathtaking cave with crystal-clear water — and for a while, we were the only ones there. Here’s the magic part: You don’t just swim in the lagoon — you snorkel through pitch-black caves. Some areas are narrow, some require climbing over water-covered rocks, and without the flashlights you literally cannot see the person next to you. It was thrilling, a little scary, wildly exciting — exactly the adventure we were hoping for. We spent about an hour and a half exploring and never once felt rushed. Even when others arrived later, it never felt crowded. A few honest notes if you’re considering it: • The water is cold — but you adjust quickly • No fish or animals — this is about the cave + experience, not marine life • If you plan to snorkel through the caves, snorkeling experience is recommended (you can’t touch the bottom most of the time) • The cave itself isn’t long — maybe ~20 minutes from entrance to the furthest point — but the experience stays with you ✨ I will never forget this adventure. Huge thank-you to MyQuest Concierge for creating exactly what we were looking for and giving us such an incredible day. If you’re craving adventure, beauty, or something completely unforgettable while in Playa del Carmen — this is it.

We had an incredible experience on this VIP Cenotes Private Tour with our guide, Isaac. He was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had the best experience possible. He picked us up right at our hotel, got us to the cenotes early before the crowds, and took care of everything so we could just relax and enjoy. Each cenote was unique and breathtaking. The first lagoon was refreshing, full of fish, and the perfect way to start the day. The cave cenote quickly became one of our favorites—the crystal-clear water made it feel like we were floating in air, and seeing the bats flying above added such a cool touch. The cavern had much deeper water and hidden offshoot caves we never expected. The final open-air cenote was just as special, with clear water and a lush, green bottom full of plant life. My husband even got to jump off the deck into the water, and we had the place to ourselves before anyone else arrived. Isaac made sure every detail was taken care of and that all our needs were met. His knowledge of the area and warm personality truly elevated the experience. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we highly recommend booking this tour—you won’t regret it!
