  We booked a return transfer from Dalaman airport to D Maris Bay hotel which was an extra 30 minutes outside of the normal drop off in Marmaris, the communication between ourselves & the company was superb. The service was excellent, a lovely polite gentleman was waiting at the airport with our name written on a board, he kindly helped with our luggage, showed us to the vehicle which was spotlessly clean, comfortable & the perfect transportation for our onward journey after the flight. We were given complimentary water, sweets, soft drinks for our daughter & even offered a beer! There was WiFi & big screen tv in the bus which was another fantastic service. I really can’t recommend this company more. They were wonderful from start to finish.

  Booked a "VIP" airport transfer in Turkey. The pictures show a very well-kitted out, premium black van. The reality was a white VW passenger van, with duct tape on one side, however this wasn't the biggest issue. The transfer was on a day where the temperature was 29 degrees. The Aircon in the rear did not work. The fan on one side of the vehicle didn't work at all and on the other side it blew warm air. This made for an extremely uncomfortable one-and-a-half-hour journey that bordered on being dangerous considering we were travelling with two young children. What made things worse was that the driver kept arguing that the aircon was on max (even though one side didn't work at all) and I had to try and explain the difference between a fan blowing (very) warm air and aircon which is actually cold. I found this weird and patronising. Other minor issues include - the vehicle arrived 10 minutes earlier than agreed which left us feeling hurried out of the hotel and late despite being exactly on time. - the advertised WIFI didn't work at the time, but we didn't need it so it wasn't an issue - the welcome drinks are a bottle of water - again, not an issue for us and we really needed it considering the heat - I find it odd that a "luxury vehicle" (with a remote to change the colour of the cabin lighting!), doesn't have controls on the passenger side for the aircon / temperature. You have to ask the driver!! - the vehicle didn't look like the picture inside. The driver said it had only done 6 journeys, but this vehicle was shabby and poorly cleaned Despite requesting a refund, support have been extremely unhelpful and unresponsive with the last unanswered email sent two days ago.

  Nothing worked. Charger didn’t work and the plug did not work. They had a house phone which also didn’t work. Everything was broken including the curtains. No windows, the air conditioning hardly worked to the point I felt sick from the heat and no windows, I felt like a dead body in the back of the boot. I would not recommend. When I contacted the seller he said it was “VIP because it was a Mercedes and no refund”. Please do not purchase and just get a normal taxi.
