Christian is the best tour guide I’ve ever had anywhere in Italy. He was so insightful, caring, and went above and beyond to take care of us when there were delays. The breakfast was amazing, and this was the best tour I’ve done in Vatican City yet, i will do this tour again for sure, and I hope I get Christian again for it because he is the absolute best.

Our guide was wonderful in trying to navigate the tour. Unfortunately, in the allotted time at the café, we never received our breakfast. We understand that this was in no way a reflection on him, however it was disappointing for the overall experience.

Christian was amazing and his passion for his job is second to none. The knowledge and enthusiasm he put into our tour made it that extra special. When the restaurant we went to was understaffed he took it upon himself to make it better and added extras onto our tour even though it was out of his hands. Amazing. The tour skipped the lines got us to all the key parts of the Vatican and gave us so much knowledge and insight we would never have got through another tour. His knowledge for any question was top shelf and impressive to say the least but the care he showed to ensure every ‘guest’ as he called us had the best day I have not experienced before. This was my second tour from City Wonders and courtesy of Christian will not be my last. Ask for him for your tour.

The tour was fantastic. Our guide made what would be a chaotic and overwhelming event into one that was controlled, informative, and exceptionally well. Guida did an amazing job keeping our group of 19 together, informed and involved.

Silva shared her extensive knowledge of art history to make this a truly memorable outing. Yes, the spaces are beautiful, but getting to hear the stories behind the spaces and sculptures add so much value to this tour.

Guided tour through the Vatican with breakfast in the Vatican courtyard was well worth the money! I can’t imagine trying to do the Vatican on your own for the first time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and kept the pace at a manageable speed for a group with a variety of abilities. Breakfast was delicious. Got to see several collections of the Vatican Museum and through the hall of maps. As with any guided tour you never have enough time to see everything but the Vatican is so crowded I don’t think you’d manage well without a guide. We got to see the Sistine Chapel and take a shortcut to St Peter’s Basilica which saved time and steps. Guide pointed out restrooms when needed. Great tour would highly recommend. Not sure breakfast is a mandatory addition but it was good!

Be prepared for crowds and lots of walking. Instead of taking pictures enjoy the experience of being there and the magnificent beauty of the Vatican. Our guide Christian was a fountain of knowledge and very kind.
