Please note that this tour is only available up to 60 days in advance, due to the nature of the tickets. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment!
Saint Peter’s Basilica is subject to last-minute closures for religious ceremonies. When this occurs, we're happy to offer customers an extended tour of the Vatican Museums. While we endeavour to tell tour groups ahead of time if there are any planned disruptions to the Basilica's opening hours, this is not always possible and in these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts.
On Wednesdays, due to the Papal Audiences, access to St Peter's Basilica is not possible until 1pm
* Please note all participant names and date of birth are required at the time of booking in order to join this tour. If we do not receive this information, we will cancel the booking. Every customer is required to carry a valid ID that matches the name on the ticket, or an entry will be refused. Name changes are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.
* Please be advised that this tour option is non-refundable, with no cancellations or date changes allowed due to pre-purchased tickets. It is mandatory to bring a valid ID or Passport for security checks, and entry will not be granted without proper documentation.
A dress code is required to enter to the museums. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.

4.00Despite the fact that our tour guide was EXCELLENT, the tour did not live up to its description. Breakfast was cold, unappetizing, and very disorganized. The Sistine Chapel is always awe inspiring, but it was far more crowded than advertised, very loud due to restoration work at one end of the chapel, and anything but meditative given the constant chorus of guards roaring that pictures were not permitted. Our talented, informative and delightful guide saved the day.

5.00It was raining and there were a lot of people ..Our guide (Marina) was great at getting our group through crowded areas but no being pushy .She seemed to know a lot of guards stationed at certain checkpoints and was able to save a lot of time that I’m sure most people had to wait for.Marina was very knowledgeable about everything and had a great sense of humor. We were very happy that she was our guide

When we arrived at the Vatican and saw thousands of people waiting in line, I immediately thought, “This is not for me.” The crowds were overwhelming. But our guide, Sarah, calmly reassured us — and she was right. Within minutes, we were seamlessly escorted through with express access, moving efficiently through every museum in the Vatican. At each point, the process was smooth, organized, and impressively expedited despite the massive crowds. Sarah was fantastic — knowledgeable, engaging, and confident. She navigated the Vatican with expertise and kept the group moving comfortably without ever feeling rushed. The breakfast experience was such a unique and elevated touch. Sitting inside the Vatican for a generous, delicious breakfast — rather than outside in crowded cafés — made the entire morning feel exclusive and special. The selection was bountiful and satisfying, and the setting made it unforgettable. If you are even considering visiting the Vatican, do not attempt it on your own. Book this tour. The express entry alone is invaluable, and the guided experience elevates everything. Highly, highly recommend.

5.00Excellent tour, our guide was so knowlegable and friendly, she answered all questions and patiently waited while people were viewing exhibits etc. I have to applaud the company also, as we got lost en route to the meeting point. They called and directed me to the correct place and waited on our arrival. The breakfast was out of this world! Cannot reccomend this company highly enough!
