Please note that this tour is only available up to 60 days in advance, due to the nature of the tickets. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment!
Saint Peter’s Basilica is subject to last-minute closures for religious ceremonies. When this occurs, we're happy to offer customers an extended tour of the Vatican Museums. While we endeavour to tell tour groups ahead of time if there are any planned disruptions to the Basilica's opening hours, this is not always possible and in these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts.
On Wednesdays, due to the Papal Audiences, access to St Peter's Basilica is not possible in the morning.
* Please note all participant names and date of birth are required at the time of booking in order to join this tour. If we do not receive this information, we will cancel the booking. Every customer is required to carry a valid ID that matches the name on the ticket, or an entry will be refused. Name changes are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.
* Please be advised that this tour option is non-refundable, with no cancellations or date changes allowed due to pre-purchased tickets. It is mandatory to bring a valid ID or Passport for security checks, and entry will not be granted without proper documentation.
A dress code is required to enter to the museums. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.

5.00We began the morning with a lovely breakfast in the Pinecone Court of the Vatican. The delicious breakfast was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, pancakes, bacon, sausage, pastries and coffee. Our guide, Christian, was wonderful. He was very knowledge and personable. He guided us through the halls with statues and tapestries, into the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. Christian was great at keeping a nice pace and keeping us together. He was also very courteous and took time to learn our names which was a nice touch.

5.00Gaga is a fantastic and informative tour guide. She helped us to see pieces of art in ways that we would not have seen it without her expertise. She also worked very diligently to make sure that we were in the shade as often as possible and away from the crowds as often as possible. Overall, this was a great experience, considering how crowded it was.

5.00This tour was absolutely phenomenal! Alisandre was our tour guide and she was a treasure trove of information. She was kind and took us on a well-paced tour through the Vatican museums. Although you are not allowed to stop in the museums, we kept moving but it was at a very leisurely pace and we didn't feel rushed. The breakfast was excellent and it was nice to enjoy the morning atmosphere in one of the Vatican's courtyards. St. Peter's Basilica was on my bucket list and I cried, sobbing, when I saw how beautiful it was in person. We also saw the Hall of Maps, the Hall of Tapestries, the Sistine Chapel, and many other galleries. It is imperative that you get tickets for a tour like this before you go. We were lucky enough to go through a side entrance and enter the Vatican within 20-30 mins. The main queue to get tickets was between 3-4 hours long! This tour was very well done and was very enjoyable! Worth every penny!
