Wine culture is such a big part of Moldova heritage. The story of Milestii Mici Winery begins in an old stone-extracting mine, where the extraction of limestone over the years inadvertently created the perfect environment for wine maturation and storage.

The Mileștii Mici winery is known for having tunnels over a total length of 200km and the largest wine cellar in the world. Today, the collection exceeds 2 million bottles and can be visited at any time of the year, with a constant underground temperature between 12-14 degrees Celsius. The winery is located approximately 16 kilometers south of Chișinău, in the Ialoveni district.

The time of departure is flexible, depending on availability of the winery (10:00am, 11:00am, 01:00pm, 03:00pm and 05:00pm). The road to Milestii Mici Winery takes around 1 hour. Our driver pick you up and transfer to Milestii Mici Сellars, which is in The Guinness record book with 2 million bottle collection. Excursion trough wine cellars + Wine Tasting program. This underground wine city appeared in galleries excavated in lime mining operations during the 70-es of the last century, at the depth of 40-85 meters, and is largest wine cellar in the world. The total length of the galleries consists of 200 km, from which more than 50 km are used. Visiting Mileștii Mici Winery offers a unique and unforgettable experience for wine enthusiasts and cultural explorers. At the winery is organized a Tasting of 3 amazing Mileștii Mici wines. Wine set: Prosciutto crudo, salami, carpaccio, breadsticks, nuts, prunes. Gift: 1 bottle wine Univers for each guest. Return to the hotel in Chisinau.
