What a hoot!! The trip there alone was an adventure. I have never been off-roading like on this trip. Still, the most amazing part was when we arrived at Volunteer Point. We had hoped to see a lot of penguins, but we just didn't expect to see so many of them. They were everywhere, very uninterested in us but not worried about their safety. As a result, we were able to be close to them, provided we gave them their space. We saw all ages of them, including catching a glimpse of a baby peaking out from under the "skirt" of the parent. We also had the opportunity to watch a waddle of penguins heading to the beach and finally going in to fish. There were Gentoo, King, and Magellanics there. Kyle and Dan were very helpful and full of great information. Lunch was very good. My wife and I loved it.

Extremely well organized, and professional. Fortunately, we were able to get off of the ship which in many cases from what I understand you cannot because of the weather. It’s unfortunate that Viator will not refund any dollars due to the weather and not being able to get on shore. We were lucky at this time however I will search for a different excursion company in the future

This was an incredible experience. We were surrounded by penguins- King, Gentoo, and Magellan. Best excursion of the trip! Others on the ship lived the other excursions, until I they saw my pictures. Do not let the cost or distance scare you. It is worth it!!!

We were there with a cruise ship and could not get out due to the bad weather. That's why I can't say anything about the trip This, you should know before booking this expensive trip. Because this happens more often, either high waves or the weather is bad. It was midsummer when we were there

This is a fantastic place, not just to see king penguins. I didn't think there were so many to see. However, the way there was long distances through the marshy terrain.

We were greeted at the port in a friendly way and soon we started our journey. Initially good roads then continue on unpaved roads and finally Ofroad to the destination. There were the penguins to admire. A special highlight on our trip. On the way back, the chauffeur showed us the sights of Stanley. A really great trip!
