Lawrence's Spring
Lawrence Springs - Located in a red rocky desert gained popularity due to its mention by T.E. Lawrence in his renowned work, "Seven Pillars of Wisdom." Traditional as of today, our camels love to drink from this natural spring, which flows down the mountains into the valleys. An oasis with its dwarf trees and verdant moss that shimmers almost like fluorescent light. Alternately, you could walk and hike up the mountain to witness the breathtaking scenery and numerous Thamudic inscriptions.
Red Sand Dune - Al Ramal
Red Sand Dune - Experience the vast expanse of the Red Sand Dunes juxtaposed against the majestic mountains. It offers the opportunity for a strenuous workout while climbing up, and even more enjoyment when running down. One of the most renowned sand dunes in Wadi Rum! The red colour is attributed to a significant concentration of iron oxide. From the highest point, you can experience breathtaking panoramic vistas of the valley.

5.00We got the 3-hour tour. Our driver Ahmed was great! He took us to several places of interest on Wadi Rum and gave us a good explanation on each stop. We were able to spend as much time as we wanted on each stop, never rushed! This was a private tour only for the two of us. I highly recommend!

5.00This was a journey 55 years in the making. I saw Lawrence of Arabia when I was a young boy. Our driver Ahmed from the excellent Petra Guest House dropped us at the village meeting point and car park where we met our exceptional guide (and chef) Salem. We were 7 on the truck and the whole day was amazing including a fabulous lunch prepared by Salem. The amazing sights and regular stops and walks ended with sunset and a desert fire. We then drove to the Fire Camp which was great. Individual tented rooms, an ablutions block and extraordinary glazed dining room built against the living rock. The team produced a zerb meal from a barrel set under the sand. Fabulous. The guests were diverse and animated. It’s very cold at New Year but an excellent breakfast awaited us. We were returned to the village and our drive to Amman. Special thanks to Ibrahim and Salem.

5.00The experience through and through was amazing. We started our tour with some sight seeing and a few sprawls up a dune or two. Our guide showed us around the area and we then had lunch at a beautiful location in the desert. We then drove till sunset where we were able to view this amazing sight before some tea and a trip to the camp. Overall an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!!
