We actually did three tours with Hawaii nautical. Started with the whale watching in the morning, then snorkeling with sea turtles, finishing the night with the dinner cruise. The staff was awesome (same all day) and very fun to hang out with and chat with. We luckily were able to see a whale shark which made the evening that little bit more special, but enjoyed even hearing the safety briefing 3 times as captain chris put a funny spin on ch time. If you have the chance, don’t waste your time looking at other options, go with these guys, same staff or not they are the best choice.

The crew (Chris Nicole and ...) were lovely, the drinks were good and the fireworks (though brief) were great. The food however was not worth the money and difficult to eat.

Well kept boat and friendly crew. An enjoyable length of about 2 hours. The captain positioned us very well to view the Friday fireworks. The meal and drinks were very good. Would do this tour again.

Horrible customer service. No notice regarding pick up time not adequate location info and NO pickup up time given only time on ticket. No contact from anyone they don’t care!

Beautiful evening on the water. Awesome job by captain Chris and his crew. Fireworks were great. Food was ok . Beef ,chicken & fish over rice . Was good but would have been better if still warm.

What a fun experience! It was easy to find inexpensive parking right at the pier. The crew, Greta and Natalie, were friendly and welcoming and happy which made the adventure great. Captain Chris, who they also call Captain Topher even though he goes by Chris, was witty, but most importantly a very safe catamaran pilot throughout the darkened harbor after sunset. He maneuvered us perfectly to watch the Friday night fireworks. The fireworks lasted maybe 5 to 10 minutes and was spectacular! The drinks were good and the bento box type food was tasty and also I felt much more sanitary than a buffet. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and felt it was worth the money! Do it! It was a rather smooth ride (it's the biggest catamaran) and I never got the slightest bit seasick in the middle of the boat.
