What To Expect
Set sail from Waikiki on a scenic boat ride to Turtle Canyon, one of Honolulu’s most popular snorkeling destinations. Here, you’ll snorkel among Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles as they glide gracefully over the reef and visit the “Turtle Cleaning Station,” where tropical fish gather to clean their shells. Before diving in, your crew will fit you with high-quality snorkeling equipment and share expert safety tips and insights about Hawaii’s marine ecosystem. Once in the water, you’ll enjoy a guided snorkeling tour surrounded by crystal-clear ocean views and vibrant sea life. After snorkeling, unwind on deck with complimentary cold drinks, soak up the Hawaiian sun, and take in breathtaking views of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. 4.00We had a large group, with several boats with large groups in same area. We did see turtles and many fish, the staff were helpful and great. We saw a large pod of dolphins and even whales beaching in the distance.

4.00The hosts were amazing and the excursion was well planned and very nice. However the actually snorkeling was not super fun. We barely saw any turtles and it was out in deep water. If that is your thing then this is perfect for you. It wasn’t for me but that is alright because we ended up seeing a whole bunch of dolphins and whales so it was WELL WORTH IT! Even if I didn’t enjoy the snorkeling so much. Thank you to the Living Ocean Tours for being so nice and cool!

3.00It was so cool to see the turtles, and the workers on the boat/in the water are amazing! However, there were too many people on our tour (35) and we were required to stay all together. I've never been so "beat up" by other snorkelers fins in my life. On top of the large amount of people with us, there were 6-7 other boats in the same location with their people dong the same thing. It may be far better on a slower day because the experience would have been amazing if it wasn't for so many people.
