5.00I booked this private tour and was fortunate to have Andres as my guide. He picked me up from my hotel with a driver, and together we reached the crater by car. The landscape was otherworldly – vast, quiet, and almost lunar. Andres was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions about the Galapagos, the volcanic origins of the islands, and the history of this particular crater. His explanations brought the place to life and made the experience truly memorable. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Isabela – it’s definitely the highlight of the island’s inland attractions.
