5.00Sophie provided us with a great food tour and a lot of information on the history and the current conditions in Ghent. Her love and knowledge of the city was great to take in. The variety of food and drinks on the tour was great. We actually were offered more food than we could possibly eat. We were able to make this event our dinner and dessert. Sophie made everyone of us comfortable with her easy going personality and quick wit. We actually passed her on the street a few days later and she stopped us and asked us what other foods we tried. Other guides may have pretended not to see us. After talking with her we decided to go try another restaurant she had recommended. Sophie gave a great tour and is a great representative for the city of Ghent.

5.00Sophie gave a great food tour in Ghent. Her knowledge and love for the city was great to take in. The variety of food and drinks we sampled was just what we needed as we learned about Ghent. We actually had more food available to us than we could finish. Sophie's outgoing personality and the way she guided us through our three hours together made us all very comfortable.

5.00Sophie was absolutely amazing as our guide. We loved the city and loved the tour. She went above and beyond to make sure our 3 kids were comfortable and having a good time at every stop of the tour. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew her stuff. You could tell she loves what she does, and it made the whole experience even better. She even ensured each stop had a gluten free AND vegetarian accommodation.

5.00Sophie was such a wonderful, passionate, and kind host for this tour. I was the only one that had booked that time and date, but she still went ahead and gave me a personal food tour! She also was able to cater all the food items to my dietary needs, as I need to eat a gluten free diet. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this tour and about my guide, and the business owner, Sophie. Highly recommend!

5.00What a tour, a great way to experience the city while enjoying local food tastings along the way. Start the trip on an empty stomach, you will be sampling many delicious foods throughout the day. I appreciated the knowledge of the guide and selection of foods.

5.00Sofie was informative, lively, and helpful. She crafted a tour that met the interests and requirements of our small group, introducing us to quintessentially Belgian food (croquettes), vegetarian dishes (apparently a large market in Ghent), cheeses, and of course, chocolates. We wandered about the touristy area of Ghent as she pointed out locations that were worth a later visit, and she wove historical and socioeconomic information into her presentations, such as the dragon atop the medieval belfry downtown.
