This is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon outside enjoying the beauty of Victoria. It's fun and creative. All the supplies you require are provided, even the chairs. We took our chairs to 3 different sites within a couple of blocks from our starting point and had plenty of time to sit and watercolour. Our instructor had brought sketches of the sites that she had done for us to paint. If you wanted to watercolour those you could or you could sketch your own and watercolour them. I didn't feel self conscious sitting out in the open quite the opposite, as part of a group it was comfortable. I didn't notice people around us although many were very interested in what we were doing and asked how to sign up. We all went home with our art work and memories of a lovely afternoon. I would highly recommend this activity.
