Pick-up time is 3.5 hours for international flights and 2.5 hours for domestic flights. Pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address must be provided. please note: • Unless otherwise noted, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. • Porter is not included. • If the flight is delayed, check the flight information in advance and adjust the pickup time accordingly. • ** If you are unable to meet the driver, please call the contact information on the voucher. • ** If you want to change the details of the pick-up location, please change the reservation as soon as possible. • Unless otherwise stated, one medium-sized bag is allowed per person. Our team recently stayed at Haile resort Adama for a 3-day training session, and we were blown away by the incredible hospitality-especially from Eyerus Mulatu! From the moment we arrived, her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel not just welcomed, but truly valued. The hall were spotless and comfortable with team-friendly amenities: Whether it was arranging meeting spaces or quick coffee refuels, everything was effortless.
