Hello Everyone. I am writing this review to let everyone know that Aaron is a 10 star guide but more importantly, a MENSCH. He took my wife and I on a private tour of Wellington, this past September. We learned about the Jewish history of Wellington, the original Jewish settler families and how they helped create thrive and grow. We saw sights and had experiences that we did not see in our organized tour starting the next day. We experienced the Memorial Trail at the Bolton Street Cemetary, where the original Jewish Settlers are buried. We also experienced the Anne Frank Memorial, Victoria Point, the Old government buildings built in 1876,with their old world charm. The Roxy Movie Theatre, fully restored to its Art Deco Glory. The place oozed of class and elegance and not bad coffee either. He went out of his way to take us around the Wellington beaches and seashore, where we experienced and met with divers and their fresh catches of abalone and sea urchins. Lastly, we stopped at the WETA workshop and saw LOR props and statutes. As for the included food, that was a very unexpected 5 star treat. We sampled gourmet chocolates and experienced a 5 star gourmet lunch. It always helps to dine with a Gourmet chef(Aaron). Lastly, and more importantly ; when we told him we asked him where we could find "team" shirts for our grandchildren, he took us shopping to a non tourist store, so we could buy these gifts. A true mensch. My wife and I were sad to see the tour end. In summary, if you want a guide that goes above and beyond to make your stay in Wellington a truly outstanding memory Aaron is the man to provide you with those experiences.

Thank you Aaron!! We had a really good tour today and I am happy I had a chance to know you. Your family history is fascinating especially how it intertwinds with the history of Wellington and New Zealand. I learned a lot about the community from you today. About the 3 Jewish prime ministers, the Orthodox synagogue with the small Holocaust museum and the Jewish connection to the women's right to vote. We made a stop at the Jewish Deli for a bagel sandwich and a piece of Babka cake that were very good. We got to visit a few heritage houses which we liked and ended with the beautiful church that had a Jewish story attached to it. Most enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

It was an amazing day with Aaron Kosher tour in Wellington NZ. We arrived to Wellington on a cruise ship. Aaron was there already at the port waiting for us. He picked us up with a nice and comfortable SUV. Everything as agreed and on schedule. We spent six hours touring the city including some Jewish history which was specifically of interest to us. Aaron, a native of Wellington knows the city, its history, the history of the country and the different buildings. His way of guiding the tour and interconnecting, history, architecture, government made it a special experience for us. It was a complete and perfect experience.

I sent Aaron many emails regarding the tour before I booked it. All emails were answered back quickly. I so appreciated that since I did it from my cruise ship only a couple of days before we got to Wellington. The tour itself was wonderful. We saw and learned about Wellington including going to heritage sites, driving around the city and going up high to lookout point where we could see the city of Wellington from the perfect vantage point. In addition we learned about the Jewish community in Wellington past and present. We went to a heritage cemetery where we visited the Jewish section. Went to the Holocaust museum and an Orthodox Synagogue and ate at a kosher style restaurant which was delicious. Truly was a great your Our driver Peter was excellent. He was so knowledgeable about the area and the Jewish portion of the tour. In addition he just chatted with us about any questions we had. Give him an Aplus
