5.00If you're looking for a wine tour that is the full meal deal this is the one (or two in our case) to take! Lou is a wealth of information on the area, the how's and why's of wine tasting and I think she knows almost everybody in the Kelowna and area wine industry! She shows great respect for all the wineries we went to and because of her amazing personality, the respect was reciprocated. We were allowed to go into some vineyards with Lou and look at the grapes, which are incredible this time of year! We never felt rushed and any and all questions were answered. Lou made sure we were well taken care of, making sure we were hydrated and our newly acquired over-heating (the ladies will understand lol) was kept at a comfortable temperature! When we asked about restaurant suggestions we chose from 3 or 4 she gave us. Not only did she drive us there but she took us in and made sure we were happy with our choice before she left. Having dinner at BNA was the perfect ending to our day. Great food and GREAT staff. This was my second time (2017) spending a few days in the beautiful Kelowna wine country with Cheers Okanagan and it just keeps getting better and better! You will leave this wine tour full...not only from amazing wine and mead but also from knowing the passion the people who own and work at these wineries have for the grape. This was the best 60th birthday gift we could've ever given ourselves!
You won't find a better spontaneous wine tour in Kelowna!

5.00I am from the Okanagan, but have been living aboard for many years now. I brought my Mexican husband to Kelowna this summer to show him how beautiful it was, but totally forgot to pre-book a wine tour before I got here (major busy season mistake!) HOWEVER, Cheers has a new "Spontaneous" wine tour, which is bookable super last minute, but still has the same care and quality of their more in-depth tours. Lou took us to 3 great wineries (2 organic!) in West Kelowna and walked us through the tasting every step of the way. She even gave us a demo on how to best smell, swirl, taste and drink the wines before we started so we would get the most out of the experience. She took some fantastic photos, brought us water bottles, and was so kind and warm the entire time. This family run business is exactly who you should pick when choosing a wine tour company in this region, because they care SO MUCH about overall experience and treat each guest like family. THANK YOU for making the day so special

5.00We had Peter as our driver and he was absolutely amazing! He was really friendly and chatty. He went above and beyond on making sure me and my group were taken care of. The wineries we went were also really nice and on the smaller side, which is coo, as you can’t find their wines as easily on the liquor store. We opted to have lunch, and it was a nice charcuterie board. My friend doesn’t eat meat, and the vegetarian option was amazing as well! I would recommend Cheers to anyone looking for a wine tour, but I would recommend Peter as a must!

5.00What a fantastic way to spend a day in Kelowna! At first I was hesitant to plan a wine tour with a 4.5 year old and a nearly 2 year old in tow, but that concern quickly faded once our tour guides came to pick us up at our hotel. Lou and Jamie were friendly, professional, accommodating, and took excellent care of my husband, mother in law, myself, and both kids. From loading us up on fascinating info about each winery, to a delightful picnic lunch (including homemade cheesecake!), to taking our kids to meet the animals while the adults sipped our wine, to taking photos of it all, I couldn't have more pleased with our private wine tour. Lou is an absolute professional and we'll definitely be back—maybe for the 8 winery tour next time!

5.00Lou was great, let us play our own music and took us to some hidden gems of wineries. Lou had info about each winery we went to. Lous also provided about how winemaking had started in the Okanagan as well as the process of wine making.

5.00I wanted to do something different to celebrate my birthday and a wine tour in the winter was something I didn’t even know was available! This was a wonderful experience! Lou is a great source of information regarding local wineries and her choice of the wineries was excellent. We had so much fun! I would recommend this experience to everyone!!

5.00We did two separate tours with Cheers the first night we went to Mission Hill for a tour and dinner. Lou was punctual and very kind. She got us there and back Safely. Our second day we visited 6 different wineries with Michael. He had so much knowledge and a great personality we will be back to see the other tours on the east side very soon. Thank you again Lou & Michael !!!!!

5.00From the start Lou made arrangements very easy! She was patient and very knowledgeable. Great communication throughout the whole process. Pamela was our tour guide and was fantastic! Request her and you will not be disappointed! All of our group agreed we would continuously choose Cheers tours and request Pamela every time! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
