Frind Estate Winery

Frind Estate Winery is the first beach winery in North America and is situated on the historic Bennett Property in West Kelowna, British Columbia. The property was purchased in 2017 after Markus Frind sold his company Plenty of Fish and wanted to do something more hands-on. With over 500 years of family farming history, Markus wanted to combine his two passions; technology and agriculture. Today Frind Estate Winery is one of the most advanced wineries in the world, using cutting-edge technology to create truly distinctive wines. Taste wine whilst savoring the lake view today!

Amazing day. The views from the wineries were wonderful . Chris who was our driver was great, full of information about Kelowna, the wineries and anything we wanted to know. Would recommend this company for anyone who wants to do a winery tour.

Chirs was a really great tour guide. Always giving tidbits of information on where and what our next stop was and made sure we were taken care of promptly for our tastings when arriving at wineries. Very friendly and fun gentleman!

We had an amazing time with this tour company. Prices are very reasonable and the tour guides are knowledgeable and flexible when planning. Rod is super easy to coordinate bookings with. We really enjoyed touring with Robin last year (she may not be with the company now), but had both Jeff and Chris this time around and they were both great as well! Oliver/Osoyoos area is a definite must if you don’t mind the extra cost/drive. What a beautiful area (and fantastic wineries). Definitely recommend this tour company if you are planning wine tours around the kelowna area.

Chris was a wonderful guide, Rey knowledgeable about the wineries we visited and Kelowna generally. Made sure we had everything we needed including water and snacks. The tour description definitely matched up with our experience.

Jeff was a great host. We have visited West Kelowna several times but this tour still took us to new wineries which were all very different and interesting in their own right. Jeff was great sharing his insights of the area and each of the wineries. Definitely recommended!

This was our second tour with Rod and Metropolitan, and it was excellent. Rod is very accommodating and knowledgeable. It was seamless to book and do. 100% excellent!! Will do another when we return.
