Fantastic trip, lived up to expectations! Drive from Calgary up to Jasper long, but plenty of rest stops on the way to get off and stretch legs. Scenery superb! Tour properly started the next day, Jasper and surrounding area and onto Banff. Awe inspiring landscape, stunning lakes and waterfalls and glaciers. Even got myself into the gondola up Sulphur Mountain (which surprised my husband as he didn’t think I would do it..) Well worth the 10 minute up and 10 minute down challenge!! Accommodation for the 3 nights was good. Breakfast excellent. Jeff our tour guide was great, very informative, very knowledgeable and had a lovely calm manner which was very reassuring particularly as we travelled through areas impacted by wild fires, driven brilliantly by Alain. Drive down to Vancouver long but plenty of stops to stretch legs and get food. Magnificent scenery from start to finish. All in all a fabulous trip!

Our much anticipated holiday was a delight. Thank you Key West, our tour director Jeff and coach driver Ben for meeting then exceeding all our needs. Jeff’s calm demeanour was reassuring, his knowledge of all things ‘Rocky’s and his sharing of this information made our trip informative and fun. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Ben our driver was a surprise package, his offer of assistance and help to board and disembark the coach was always met with enthusiasm. His personality was bubbly and friendly and he also helped make our trip a true joy. The accommodation and included breakfast, the itinerary, the rest stops, our travel companions and Mother Nature helped tick a dream come true off our bucket list. We would definitely recommend Key West for your travel tour. If you’re lucky you’ll have Jeff and Ben as the crew! Cheers from Australia, Jenny & Dennis

The Western Classic tour from Calgary to Vancouver really summarizes the Rockies especially if you have a tight schedule. The Magnificence of the landscape will be etched in our memories for ever. I would recommend this trip to anyone who has only 3 days to spare. A bucket list destination par excellence.

This was the trip of a lifetime. The motor coach portion of the tour was guided by tour director Jeff Kurta. He is is very knowledgeable and has a pleasent personality. Thanks to him, we’ve learned a lot about the places that we visited. The train portion of the Rocky Mountaineer tour was also very interesting and pleasent. The staff on the train (carriage # B05) was very helpful. As for the views and the landscapes that we went by, they’re stunning. We highly recommend this tour.

Our tour with KeyWest travel was fabulous! We were transferred by comfortable coach from Calgary to Jasper by a friendly driver on Brewster Pursuit Express. We met our tour the following morning. Our tour guide Jeff, was wonderful. He had so much interesting information about the area and you could tell he loved the Canadian Rockies. Our driver Brian, was a wonder. Big drives and he was focussed and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend KeyWest Tours to explore the extraordinarily beautiful Canadian Rockies.

We enjoyed this tour very much. Jeff the guide and Andrew the driver were great guys and very organised and knowledgeable and made everyone welcome. The bus pick up in Calgary is a transfer to Jasper by another company and we passed a lot of the places we would return to on the bus trip but it was actually nice to see them twice. The driver of this bus also gave a bit of commentary too. We done the Banff gondola and the Columbia ice fields as extra excursions and it was well worth paying the extra to do them. The places we visited were amazing and we packed a lot in on the tour. There are plenty stops and places to buy snacks and drinks but they could be expensive and with limited choices at times. With hindsight we should have taken food and drink with us but there's not a lot of free time to get to a supermarket. The hotel in Jasper was basic and a bit noisy but we were only there 1 night. The Aspen Lodge in Banff was clean, comfortable and of a higher standard than we were expecting. Lovely breakfast too. A full on few days but we saw so much and I would definitely recommend this tour. A mention also to the office staff, especially Christina, for good communication and dealing with queries promptly. We passed the office when we were in Vancouver and almost went in to say hello.

The bus comfortable throughout the trip and the hotels chosen were fine. The guide had interesting comments and the information from the guide at stops was helpful. The pace of the trip was excellent, not too long and not too short. All the stops were interesting and the scenery beautiful.

I’d like to start by saying that this was the trip of my life. The guide, Jeff, was so fascinating and full of knowledge. He was well organized, responsible, and very caring for all the members of the group. Wayne, the bus driver, was super pleasant and polite. On top of his great and cautious driving he was also a delight to be around. Excellent lodging choices by the company at the best locations. To sum up, I had an amazing experience with Key West Travel. They provided everything needed to create the trip of a life time. Without a doubt it was worth every penny. Thank you Key West Travel.

I have given the Rocky Mountain Classic tour five stars even though the start of our tour was horrendous! We chose the Calgary to Vancouver one way tour although in hindsight we would definitely have chosen the round trip. The first day of the trip was definitely not a tour! We were collected in Calgary at 11:00 by Brewster’s bus company, our first stop after 10 minutes was the airport where we had time to buy a coffee to take on the bus. We then criss crossed the Rockies stopping many times to pick up and drop off people including stops at Banff, Lake Louise and finally Jasper. Our only stop after the airport was at 6:15 pm for 15 minutes! We were not prepared for the journey and had not brought food or drinks so by this time we were really hungry! The 15 minutes was just enough time to buy a cup of chili to eat on the coach, which was a relief as we did not reach our hotel until 8:30 pm! I believe that we should have been warned that the journey would be 9 hours 30 minutes with only one 15 minute stop, we could have taken drinks and sandwiches with us and been more comfortable. Once we joined the actual tour in Jasper the following morning it was amazing, although the people who joined at Vancouver were on the tour from the start of their journey. Brad our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, Bruce the driver was also excellent and a fantastic driver. The last three days of the tour was a wonderful experience, we were taken to many amazing places and the scenery throughout was spectacular. The timings of the stops were great and we had enough time at all the stops. Extra activities offered included the Banff gondola and the Columbia Ice-field Explorer. The final day, even though it was as long a drive as our first day was completely different! We had several stops including lunch and a visit to the Three Valley Ghost Town which was a very interesting final activity. I would recommend the tour but if you do choose a one way trip, find out if you will be with the actual tour or Brewster’s so that you can be more prepared than us! Personally I believe that not enough bookings were taken for the Calgary departure and that two tours were combined so maybe other people may have a very different first day experience. The booking and communication with Key West was really good apart from the fact that we were unprepared for day 1 of the tour! Great way to see the Canadian Rockies including 2 Black bears and a Grizzly!
