It was amazing! The guide - Ella - was so knowledgeable, down to knowing the very last details of the questions I asked about LOTR. She was also very happy to answer any and all questions that were asked. The workshop itself was also amazing. Being able to see the real artifacts up close - like the ACTUAL suit of armor that Sauron wore - was an incredible experience. HIGHLY recommend. The admission fee is - I believe - on point for the experience as well. The tour was about 90 minutes, and I didn't want it to end (of course), so the time flew by, but it was never boring. Everyone we encountered was also really nice - I have nothing negative to say about it all.

The tour and overall experience superseded my expectations tenfold. The tour guide was amazing and was able to keep the audience engaged and entertained the whole time which is a hard thing to do. Getting to see the actual shards of Narzil as well as the helmet of the Witch King of Angmar was an actual emotional moment for myself, and learning what Mithril was made of was incredible, as I will now order a ton of butchers chain mill and make vests for my young children 😅🙌🏼 Thank you Weta for the incredible experience and I will be back from Australia soon, and bring my children along 🫶🏼
