5.00We had the very best time on yesterday’s personalised tour of the mud pools, a visit to a Fijian village for lunch and a visit to a local market in Nadi. I am in a wheelchair so I needed a tour with the wheelchair accessible vehicle through TTF. Bill was our guide and he was the loveliest, most knowledgeable, caring and fun tour guide we could have imagined. He gave us options of how we would want to do the tour to best fit our needs, even helped me to get into mud pools and manoeuvre by wheelchair along the challenging paths. Since every t hing took a little longer with my wheelchair, he rearranged schedules and made me feel really comfortable throughout the trip. A visit to Bill’s own village was a real highlight. We were welcomed with a kava ceremony and a beautiful Lovo lunch. I recommend a personalised tour like this one to anyone at all but I was especially moved by how easy and hassle free the day went even with my walking restrictions. Thank you Bill for the wonderful stories and your deep knowledge of the beautiful Fijian culture. Ravi was our driver who was also full of knowledge and very accommodating. Thank you so much!!!
