Wheelchair accessible: We will transport a wheelchair in the luggage bay free of charge and the guest will be reserved the front row seat. However the guest must be able to board the bus with assistance from the driver.
What To Expect
From the moment you book a ride with us, we will do everything to ensure an experience of ease and comfort. Your trip from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to Squamish gives you two hours to sit back and enjoy the views while you arrive safely to your destination. Boarding instructions Please arrive at your pick-up 15 minutes to ensure a prompt departure. • Our Vancouver International Airport stop is at the Skylynx Kiosk at Vancouver International Airport Arrivals on Level 2. • Our Squamish stop is located at the Squamish Adventure Centre, 38551 Loggers Lane, beside Highway 99. • Our Downtown Vancouver stop is located at 1098 Melville St, Vancouver, BC V6C 0A4. The cross streets are Melville and Burrard right next to the Burrard Skytrain Station and adjacent to the Hyatt Hotel on Melville.

1.00Avoid like the plague they are rude and unhelpful. I forgot my bag on the bus and they said they found it and a month and half later after trying multiple times to get it shipped to me they said they disposed of it. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with YVR Skyline

1.00My son and I were picked up from Whistler at 5 p.m. for what should have been a two‑hour trip to Vancouver Airport. Because a barge had struck a bridge just after midnight, the main route was badly congested. Despite this well‑known disruption, YVR Skyline never suggested an earlier departure, and our driver refused to use Waze or Google Maps for an alternate route. The trip ended up taking over four hours. When we finally reached the airport and were rushing to catch our flight, the driver became unreasonably aggressive after I opened a third luggage compartment to get our bags. His behaviour escalated to shouting and even making threats toward both me and my 19‑year‑old son — completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We made our flight, but the experience was appalling from start to finish. A company dealing with travellers should show basic awareness and courtesy — qualities that were entirely missing here. I will not be using YVR Skyline again and would advise others to look elsewhere.
