This is why the Sjoa River has become famous all over the world – and absolutely our most popular rafting trip!
This trip will take you through a picturesque and peaceful environment, narrow canyons and wildly exciting rapids such as "Golfstrømmen", "Hay stacks", "Bye Bye Baby", "Faukstad drop" and many more. In total we raft about 15-18 km, depending on the water level. We end this lively and sensational trip with a hot lunch and a warm shower at our base.

5.00Thanks to Sam, Finn and Michele we had a great day on the water. The rafting is level 3, which means it is somewhere in the middle of the spectrum. The organization was extremely routined, the explanation entertaining, the material top. Safety clearly comes first here!

5.00We had an amazing day rafting on the Sjoa River with our guides Mickey and Rob, and the kayaking photographer Kuba. The day was filled with laughter, excitement, very fun rapids and plenty of rafting guide jokes. The vibe was great from the moment we arrived and the river beautiful and wild! We felt very safe after the guides’ introductions and could enjoy the experience to the fullest, even with little rafting experience. The wild water swimming, the crazy Italien rafting guide, the hot shower afterwards and the delicious soup made the day unforgettable! Highly recommended (even in bad weather, as the rain doesn’t bother you at all)!

5.00The boss of the whole thing was also the host at the reception- very flexible, understanding and welcoming. The guide on the boat David had a healthy sense of humor, very informative and funny. Grilled food in the evening was delicious and a lot. We had amazing weekend. Respect and best of luck guys! You deserve it!

5.00We were two friends who spontaneously wanted to go rafting after wanting to do this for a long time. We called in the night before and they were very helpful with information on the phone. From our arrival to the end of the day we have had a fantastic experience in Sjoa. They were helpful at the reception, provided an exquisite lunch, and last but not least they provided with skilled and very nice guides / instructors. They gave us a trip we'll never forget. Safety was always in place and carefully assessed, while adapting the trip to the level and wishes. Day trip with go rafting is strongly recommended. The whole experience was definitely worth the money! We would like to especially thank Jared and Michele for a completely raw and fun day!
