We have been coming to this airboat tour since 2018 and it is always at the top of our to do list! Every captain we’ve had is knowledgeable & clearly enjoys their occupation. This trip (April 2026) was our best one yet, we saw several large alligators and a clutch of babies! We saw a beautiful blue heron that flew right with us for part of the tour. The only complaint my kids had was that we didn’t have time to do another airboat ride! We will see you in 2027!

Many animals not normally seen in a zoo !!! A drive thru experience in the comfort of your AC that is relaxing and exciting at the same time (; highly recommend going past the drive thru part and booking your animal Encounter and airboat ride at the second part and seeing all the happy animals there first then doing the drive through when it’s time to relax (; Food and drinks available (food when better then expected)and spots to sit and rest if needed. The animals aren’t all hiding and just laying around bored. They actually seem happy and well taken care of!!!!!

We recently took our 15-year-old grandkids to Wild Florida, and what a gem! Our whole group - young adults, grandparents, and uncle alike - had an absolute blast. There’s no entrance fee, which makes it even more impressive considering the wide variety of exotic animals you can see up close and pet, many shows that will gage your interest. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and it is not crowded. We decided to upgrade our visit with a half-hour airboat ride and the drive-through safari, and both experiences were well worth it—definitely highlights of the day! (These you have to pay, but are well worth it). FOOD: The only downside was the food. While we expected it to be a bit pricey, the quality unfortunately was worse then eating at a skating rink. Most of our meals were not prepared well (a chicken sandwich was still partially frozen and the bread was rock hard and almost frozen, while the pull pork was not even heated), which was disappointing. That said, the overall experience far outweighed the bad food. Wild Florida is truly a hidden gem and absolutely worth exploring!

It was nice, but because of the rain it was difficult to enjoy the whole experience plus we weren’t able to touch certain animals

My husband and I really enjoyed the drive-thru safari. We were lucky enough to visit when it wasn't really busy and we were able to take our time. You do have to be careful as the animals do wander around, and then run when they see the food truck approaching! We also walked through the Gator Park and also did the encounter with Alberto the lemur where we fed him grapes. We learned a lot from our guide Piper and did not feel rushed at all. We also did an encounter with the capybaras with our guide Joey. We were lucky enough to be the only couple who signed up for our time so we had them all to ourselves. We fed them kale and they really like to eat! It was a very enjoyable day and I highly recommend visiting!

Visited Wild Florida Drive through Safari and Gator Park in April 2026. Only 45 minutes from Orlando and at a cost of $35 per adult, Which included the drive through animal park and the Gator park. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to see that were many animals to view which were only 10 to 15 feet from the road. Several times we had animals walk out in front of us or passed down the side of our vehicle which we thought was pretty cool. Driving through the paths of the animal section takes about 45 minutes. On the day we went it was quite busy but always had an opportunity to stop the vehicle to take multiple pictures with no interruptions Poor interference from other vehicles. We paid an extra $5 per person to feed the giraffes that will come right up to your hand at the elevated feeding stand. Very gentle animals . In front of us were several families that had children and it was a big hit with them. Once you finish the Animal section you drive about a Half mile to the Gator Park area. We spent over an hour at the Gator Park section which many additional Animals to view other than alligators. Our visit to both parks went very smoothly. Interacted with staff a couple times and they were quite professional and courteous. Considering some of the very overpriced attractions In and around Orlando we have been to, this was Well worth our $70.

For less than $100, we had a great day with our 7 year old granddaughter who thoroughly enjoyed the drive thru part of the trip. There are lots of animals and they are pretty close to the cars so can see great. The ability to pull over and let other cars pass lets you get around any crowding issues. the animal exhibits are okay but the drive thru part is the best. Would recommend going when the temps are not too high.
