  The tour felt more like an experience of exploring the island with a friend rather than a typical tourist tour. Everything was very relaxed, with no strict schedules, just enjoying the places at your own pace. Jenny went above and beyond to provide a great and personalized tour. She even stopped at KFC so I wouldn’t leave Mauritius without trying it! That was amazing. You can really feel the passion they have for what they do in the way they treat their clients and showcase the island while being mindful of the environment. It’s hard to find agencies that align with these values, and this one definitely does, which makes the experience even better. Without a doubt, the tour was one of the highlights of my trip and made a real difference. It’s a shame I didn’t find this agency sooner. I would have gone on all their tours. I don’t usually write reviews, but this tour was so good that it truly deserves one.

  The wild south tour was a great day out and we made some great memories together. The cave was exciting and the coastal walk to the rock pool was beautiful. Jay was a great guide and took plenty of photos for us. He told us a lot about Mauritian culture and history during the day and even took us for lunch at a local restaurant which had lovely food. From the very beginning, Jenny was incredible — she handled all our booking questions with patience and clarity, and even helped tailor the Wild South Tour to suit exactly what we wanted. Knowing the company is fully insured also gave us real peace of mind, and we felt safe and well looked after throughout. Even as a returning visitor to Mauritius, this tour showed me places and experiences I’d never seen before. It was genuinely brilliant and a wonderful unique experience for my first time visiting partner A heartfelt thank you to Jay, our fantastic guide. His knowledge of Mauritian history added so much depth to the day, and his patience and support along the walking paths made the whole experience feel reassuring and relaxed. I felt safe, encouraged, and completely taken care of from start to finish. We also enjoyed a wonderful lunch with authentic Mauritian cuisine — delicious food in a beautiful setting that made the day feel even more special. The photography package is absolutely worth it. Your guide creates unique photo opportunities and captures moments you simply wouldn’t get on your own — a perfect way to remember the day.   It was my 1st time traveling to Mauritius and had the best experience - all thanks to the amazing team Mauritius Adventours : Jenny, Jay and their trusty furry pooch, Roxy. We had an absolutely incredible time discovering the hidden gems of Mauritius, exploring less travelled locations and enjoying the fun photography sessions along the way. The team was incredibly attentive with safety always being their top priority, which made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free.   What can I say!! Wonderful experience to discover some pearls of southern Mauritius. We booked because we were looking for something different from the usual excursions and we were more than satisfied 😊 Thanks to Jenny and Rahul we visited places off the most crowded "trade routes" and in fact, in addition to the beauty of nature and breathtaking scenery, we especially enjoyed the tranquility of the places visited, as if they were reserved only for us. Caves and natural pools, waterfalls, an entire beach just for us!! And then an extra stop in the sugar cane fields to taste the sweetness and a typical tasty lunch! Hiking with Jenny and Rahul was like going out on a trip with two old friends, they entertained us, helped us in the parts a little more challenging and, especially without a watch in hand, they left us all the time necessary to appreciate the beauties of Mauritius.   If you enjoy a bit of walking and swimming and visiting beautiful secluded places, definitely book a trip with Mauritius Adventours. We had an amazing day and visited places we would never have found by ourselves or through any other tours that we saw advertised.   There’s a reason Jenny has so many outstanding reviews everywhere you see Mauritius Adventours – she is just that good! I recently hosted a woman’s retreat in Mauritius, and wanted to do something special for my foreign visitors before we officially kicked our program off. Although groups aren’t Jenny’s favourite thing, she agreed to work with me. We have been planning this for months, and her communication and support during the build up was phenomenal. Tour day arrived and we kicked off with a visit to Grand Bassin followed by the secret beach which cemented my ladies love affair with this island. After a delicious lunch at a local spot, we began the descent towards the rock pool. The terrain and challenges on the way were exactly what we needed to cement bonds during our retreat. What set this experience apart for me was the love, kindness and support that Jenny and Rahul gave us during these physical challenges. Many ladies were pushed right out of their comfort zone, but we couldn’t have done it without Rahul’s gentle step and step guidance and Jenny’s leadership. We will definitely be back!!   As a newbie to hiking- I had no idea what to expect. Jenny and Rahul were the most amazing guides. I overcame my fear of heights with their patience and encouragement, traversed rocky terrain, and was rewarded with a dip in a rock pool. The scenery was simply breathtaking and I can’t wait to return to Mauritius and take another hike! I am hooked!
