Tour guide, Patrick, professional photographer but super helpful & easy with all on trip. He did a quick photo tips talk & had us practice. He kept everyone on schedule & made sure we all had a good time despite some fairly continuous rain. Patrick had a very informative commentary. He got us into a parks theater presentation which was pretty cool when the glacier viewing boat portion was cancelled due to high winds & rain. The animal conservation center was quite interesting & most Alaskan animals were easy to see & photograph.

This tour is perfect to experience some highlights of Anchorage if you don’t have many days to sight see. The Wildlife Conservation stop was amazing enabling us to see many animals such as bears, moose, reindeer, porcupine, lynx, and bison. We stopped at a riverside area where salmon come to spawn and had up close views of sockeye, chum, and pink salmon. We chose to upgrade and went on the boat tour on Portage Lake to see Byron glacier up close. It was phenomenal and worth the extra money! Our tour guide, Aaron, was very knowledgeable about local wildlife and did a fantastic job explaining the history of Anchorage. He made sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions. He also took many photos along the tour and sent a link for everyone to download the photos we wanted. I would highly recommend this tour for all ages!

We had an excellent day with Hunter. His descriptions on the tour were excellent and relevant with good content. The glaciers and history with future projections on continued recession was interesting and in keeping with our New Zealand glaciers. The visit to the Conservation Park was especially good and the draw card for this trip. Seeing animals from the wild, why they were there being protected and seeing them in open environments which try to mimic their wildlife environment. A wonderful day. Thank you

It's a most of the day 11am-5pm tour of the Alaska coastline near Anchorage. Highlights were the natural beauty but seeing glaciers and animals really up close at the conservation center were amazing and worth the trip. We did the boat excursion as well and that was def worth it. You get up very close to the glacier and of course its all breathtaking. Our driver and guide was Hunter and he gave super max effort to inform and entertain. We were in a group of 10 in a Transit van but it was a bit of a introvert group and he wasnt getting much help on the group interaction side but Hunter was unflagging in his energy and attitude which really made the day.
