It was an amazing opportunity to get to know the nature of the Nature Park! The tourguide was friendly and took care individually.

Gary was really enthusiastic and informative! The trip was a bit far away but the views from Gippsland onwards up until the Prom were exhilarating 💫 There were many hikes / walks so we had to pick and choose, but Gary knew the ones allowing maximum coverage of the views and locations for optimal lookout plus keeping the timing and group mix in mind. At times it did feel a bit rushed, but given that Wilson’s Promontory is a large site, a day to tour it would not do it justice. Nevertheless I felt great going on this particular one-day trip with my partner and could not have asked for a better tour operator and guide 😊

A wonderful experience but a day trip to the Prom just does not do justice as the drive there alone and back, physically exhausted us. By the time we came back home we had a massive migraine from the extremely bumpy and uncomfortable driving (small size of the van); the hustle and bustle of rushing to and from places was not enough exploring other fabulous places due to keeping within time limits and waiting for other tourists to keep up with the rest of the group as they were too slow. The people were great, no doubt, but what disturbed us more was the use of a small vehicle and an uncomfortable one where we were literally cramped up like sardines in a can. Next time, please use a larger vehicle and a comfortable one when taking tourists to long distances.

From the moment I met Gary our guide I knew I was in for a great day adventure. His passion for sharing and knowledge of the area made for an informed relaxed 2 hour drive into the Wilsons Promontory Wilderness. It was a long day filled with several highlights including the sighting and up close viewing of kangaroo, emu , wallaby and wombat in the wild. I can say although the weather was unpredictable the geographical wonder of the beaches and wilderness would still be worth the drive to this lesser known area close to Melbourne even if the animals are not in view on the day you travel. I guess our group got lucky Thank you Gary for a great day out !!
