You are allowed up to 14kg (31lbs) of luggage per person on our tours from Manchester. This should be one piece of luggage similar to an airline carry-on bag (approximately 55cm x 45cm x 25cm / 22in x 17in x 10in) and a small bag for onboard personal items.
In order to retain the integrity of the tour and try to ensure that all our customers have the best possible experience, we do cap bookings from any one party to 8 passengers.

5.00I booked this tour to Windermere and the Lake District from Manchester through Viator, and the whole process was very easy and convenient. The cost was also very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. The tour operator was Rabbie’s, and both the vehicle and the driver were outstanding. Our driver-guide, Darren, was exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. He explained every part of the trip clearly and shared fascinating insights about each destination, which made the experience even more enriching. I was traveling with my family, including my 6‑year‑old child, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the day. Darren’s commentary kept us interested throughout, and the journey never felt boring. The places we visited were beautiful and memorable, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic day out, and I would highly recommend Viator, Rabbie’s and Darren to anyone looking to explore the Lake District.

5.00Excellent trip despite some rain. Pete did a fantastic job driving us throughout our itinerary and telling us about the history of the area. Highly recommend this trip. We left at 0830 and returned at 1800 with Sunday traffic. Will probably be a longer day during the week.

5.00The guide, Richie was an absolute delight! His knowledge of the area was impressive, and he had a great sense of humor that kept us entertained throughout the tour. The way he curated the different parts of the tour was seamless, and the music he played while driving added a fun touch that really enhanced the experience of each destination, and he made the whole experience truly unforgettable!

5.00It was a great snapshot (whistle stop tour) of the Lake District. What I enjoy about Rabbie’s Tours is they are small groups, the driver keeps you entertained while driving, gives you the highlights and suggestions at the stop but you roam freely to explore.
