Beware, No English Option Even Though Viator Offers

2.00I will have to echo the pains of a previous reviewer. I paid extra for an English translator and when we got there not a single person spoke English. They seemed confused about that even being an option. And for a ‘wine’ tour, the tasting room was for maybe 15 minutes and you fight for a tasting with 30 other people. The train and people working were very fun, just disappointed. Would be a 4/5 if Viator did not lie about the English option. I’d like my money back for the English additional charge... not hopeful.

5.00This is our third visit to the gaúches and the Maria Fumaça tour is mandatory. The support and entertainment staff on the train is amazing! There's a paradise in the middle of the road to have more wine and sing with the parade artists. I love it.

4.00The tour is great, however, very tired, with unnecessary stops (garment is an example, we will think that it is a factory, but it is only a gallery with expensive shops), the lunch was also much to desire, few options and food was not good. Tours in the vineyards, cheesecake, chocolate factory, Italian epopeia and a walk in the smoke maria were excellent. It's the last stop but it's too late, and it's just a common shop, nothing attractive. They picked us up at 6:30 and left at 8:30. We love the guide Paulo.

5.00Very nice walk. Traditional Italian and gaúcha music and tasting. All very fun. Between the hotel transfer plus the tour took almost every day. Included lunch in a very nice restaurant with plenty of food. The only negative note is for the railway station sanitaries. The rest of the stops tour in factories is tasting eh all very good.

5.00Great tour option, make an interesting journey through a winemaker, chocolate bar, lunch in Italian cuisine restaurant, theatrical presentation and a very fun train ride with musical and theatrical performances. They offer some wine tasting, sparkling and grape juices in some parts of the tour. Ride price relatively high but by what contains in the package is worth it. In a way you have a cultural immersion in the region and we know the region of Bento Gonçalves, Garibaldi and ending in Carlos Barbosa.

5.00Excellent tour and cost benefit with Brocker Tourism. An animated tour with typical songs and dances. Good service on board and also at the stop with tasting of dry wines and moscatel. Despite the rain it was a great walk.

5.00Excellent excursion! It needs disposition, because we dedicate an entire day to all the attractions. It is interesting to know the G'Dom clothing factory, Tramontina's factory store, and the entire journey between the cities of Bento Gonçalves, Garibaldi and Carlos Barbosa. Highlight for the Italian Epopeia and Maria Fumaça, where we return to the past and experience what this land has the best: wines!
