Check in time is 30 minutes prior to tour departure. 2. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. 3. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any changes or cancellations that are made within 24 hours of the tour's departure time will be charged the full tour price. This includes no shows, late arrivals and a reduction in the reservation passenger numbers. 4. The vessel type confirmed at the time of booking may change depending on operational needs with passenger loads and will be subject to availability.

5.00Unreal experience! Jake, Liam and Captain Gordon were amazing. So knowledgeable and fun, lots of good jokes tossed in there. We got to see two humpback whales in March, one of which breached right in front of the boat! We got a wonderful view of this rare beauty! A rare and incredible experience. We went with the covered boat and it was perfect for March. You can bring your own snacks etc. and they offer coffee, tea and hot chocolate on board for free (snacks also for purchase). There is a bathroom on the boat and lots of room to sit back and relax. I highly recommend this company. We weren’t sure which one to go with and happy we chose this one. Price is reasonable, the boat was comfortable and the upper viewing deck was wide open - you could go to either side of the boat to view. Jake took photos for us and they get emailed to each person after, so that you can just enjoy it all with your eyes. Boarding process was efficient, and great for kids. We also got to see some sea lions and the beautiful lighthouse. I didn’t take many photos since Jake took them for us - which took the pressure off and was great - I was fully present for the whole tour. They also offer free cabs from your location to the tour - so convenient! Highly recommend!
