5.00After a good airport pick up we asked the company if they did excursions which they do all over the country. I double checked the prices with my family who all live in Sri Lanka and they said they were very reasonable and so we used the taxi company for trips all across the south and south west coast during our holiday. They also arranged private jeep for yala national park. All the bookings were well informed, prompt and clearly communicated. The drivers were all safe and bookings could be made very flexibly. I would use this company again and recommend to anyone touring the country. Excellent service.

5.001 month before our sri lanka tour over 3 weeks I had contacted 3 taxi companies to make the dozen transfers, by van, that we had planned from city to city. LessTaxi’s offer was the clearest, one of the two cheapest and did not leave room for additional charges. The journeys were all made on time, at the agreed price. We added of course on a tip to the driver. Communication through whatsapp is very well developed, before, during and after transfers. They carry out a check on each transfer. The day before we receive all the parameters of the transfer. The name of the driver, the registration of the vehicle are known. The driver arrives systematically 20 minutes before the scheduled time. It is really very comfortable. Only one of our 10 drivers was a bit fast, we kindly pointed him out and it came back in order. We had given ourselves the freedom to change companies after three transfers if it did not go well. It was perfect, we finally did everything with LessTaxi. Hats off!

5.00I found Less Taxi on Trip Advisor and messaged them on WhatsApp. I’m a solo female traveler and I always felt safe and secure in their cars. I got a driver from Colombo to Hiriketiya Beach. Late night transfer. It’s hectic when you land but someone is always there to answer questions and guide you on WhatsApp 24/7 and that is honestly so vital when solo traveling as a woman. Then I got a driver from Hiriketiya to Yala the driver waited in the car for 6 hours while I did a half day afternoon safari, private and SO affordable (yes I saw a leopard!) the driver then drove me 3 hours to Arugam bay at night. He was prompt and patient. I hired them to take me from Arugam bay to Elle. And that driver was awesome! Giving me a full waterfall tour by simply asking :) Then I hired them to pick me up from the train station in Colombo and take me to my hotel near the airport. Of course the train was late (VERY LATE) but my driver was there and waiting! Couldn’t recommend these people enough, and I paid all online!!!!
