A perfect weekend escape in Southern China, Yangshuo is a well-know vacation spot. Make the most of your two days with an overnight stay at the foot of XiangGong Mountain; then take in the breathtaking scenery of this area with an early morning sunrise excursion up the mountain. You will be led to the summit by a villager who helped to build the road that reaches this prized point overlooking the Li River; then have free time to explore the village and the river bank after breakfast. Tour includes overnight stay, breakfast, and round-trip transportation from the airport, the train station, or your hotel in Guilin. Small-group tour is limited to a maximum group size of 15.

Overnight stay in Hebao Village
Yangshuo County
Pickup from Guilin airport, Guilin Bullet Train Station, Yangshuo Bullet Train Station, or your hotel in downtown Guilin or Yangshuo. After pickup, you'll be transferred to Hebao Village, a village located in Yangshuo county. You will stay overnight in a hostel operated by local villager. Rooms feature private bathrooms. He Bao Village is located at the foot of Xianggong Mountain, which is one of the best places for sunrise photos of Li River.

Sunrise on the Li River is well known for its breathtaking mountain scenery. The best photo time is June and Mid-Autumn Festival (late September). Sometimes the mountain top might be capped by cloud cover. The Li River is 30 minutes away by foot. You might get the chance to see fisherman catching fish with their cormorants, water buffalo grazing on grass, and ducks swimming in their group across the river. After the sunrise tour, have a simple breakfast of noodle soup when you go back to the hostel. Coach transfer to original pickup point after breakfast.
