Do not book this company! The experience said maximum of 15 people and I arrived today to find 45 people booked. I asked them to cancel and they made it difficult trying to get me to cancel which would mean I lose money. They didn’t want to cancel it as they will lose money and credibility. Horrible experience!

Super fun day, outdoors and away from the heart of Taipei. I really enjoyed that this tour went to the coast and we saw lots of ocean views and green spaces. Lots of walking so comfy shoes are a must. And those with mobility issues might think twice about this tour. Vicky was an amazing guide! Her recommendations were spot on and saved me money. She helped us to avoid the tourist traps and find local restaurants cafés, and try the local food at a reasonable cost. And there is plenty of time at each stop to do all the things in that area. This tour is low cost for the transportation and guidance from a true local expert. You will need to bring local currency for all of the additional items which are reasonably priced. Examples are the entrance fee for the geological park and the sky lanterns these are all things you will want to do so having cash makes it a lot easier. The geological park is fantastic and outdoors in the full sun. So sun protection is a must. I really enjoyed hiking around this park. The second stop is a lot of fun. I really enjoyed making a sky lantern and watching it float high in the air and into the mountains on a clear day. This is a great activity for kids and couples or even like me solo. Such a neat tradition! The last stop is an old village with a winding Street that has lots of shops and cafés and desserts and eateries. You have around two hours to wander. I picked up a few souvenirs to take home with me. Overall, this is a fun and exciting tour that just about anybody would enjoy. I highly recommend!

It was a good tour to see the other areas on the Island, especially if you're on a tight schedule. However, the guide I had was very quick, explained briefly was the main site was and said bye. Not very interactive

We got notice the night before that our English speaking tour wil be changed to Chinese & Japanese & refund wasn’t an option. The tour guide doesn’t speak English, but tried hard to give us directions & some logistics to make sure we know where to meet up via Google translate app. We weren’t able to enjoy the tour since we don’t understand what was explained in Japanese & Chinese. Further more the tour skipped & didn’t go to the waterfall as advertised. I would advise not to book with this vendor in the future.

Horrible experience. We get into the car and it says english/chinese speaking tour guide. The driver spoke no english at all. We were crammed into a minivan skin to skin no room to even have a bag. 10 minutes into the drive I contacted the company and said this is not what they listed in the booking details and had the driver exit the freeway and drop me off. This was ridiculous. The driver had no idea what he was doing, was late and had no representation of the company. The company is now not replying to my requests for a refund. Worst experience I have ever had. Will never book them again. Please do not use this company
