  The card was very useful. We really enjoyed the Yerevan Card — it saved us money and time by giving free city transport and convenient extras (SIM card with data, airport/taxi transfer, and discounted tours). The customer service was helpful when we had a question but they don't answer quickly on whatsapp. Highly recommend for a first-time visit to Yerevan.

  Our experience in Yerevan must begin with the extraordinary assistance of the personnel of the Yerevan Card tourist agency. We were assisted by four women with special attention from Mary Metevosyan. At the outset, their warm and welcome spirit opened the doors by providing us with the Yerevan Card which was a passport to museums, tours etc. As we continued to check in we were always greeted by Mary’s curiosity of how we enjoyed a specific attraction. All in all we have never experienced such attention and efficiency by other tourists offices. Numerically we would rate our experience 10 plus’s

  Very good card if you are interested to in museums, galleries etc. Everything made really simple, purchasing it and using it. I would like to say special thanks to our contact Mary, who was very attentive and helpful towards me and my mother. She was always there, when I had the questions regarding to the card and made our stay really hassle- free. Thank You Mary, You truly represent the warmth and friendliness of Armenian people💜

  Having Yerevan City Card is like having keys to the city on you. You have access to all the city sites and City Card staff is always there for you to make shure all your tours and visits are going smoothliy. The amount of supor and engagement of girls workin for City Card is incredible and you realy feel taken care of at every moment. I've been to Yerevan with a friend for three days and we used 72 hours Card. We had two taxi transports to and from the airport, we' ve been on Cogniac, From paganism to cristianity and Medival manuscripts tour, visited Modern art, History museum and National Gallery and everything was worth while. You'll have fun exploring the city and this Card and it's amazing crew will only make it easier for you.

  Unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed. Despite the promise of access to several top attractions and discounts, I wasn’t able to use even half of the features included in the package. The main issue was that the timeframes were not realistic. Many attractions had long wait times or required advance reservations, which weren’t clearly communicated when buying the card. I had to skip several things on my itinerary because they were either fully booked or simply impossible to fit into my schedule. It felt like the card was designed to offer more than one could reasonably use in the time allowed. Additionally, some of the advertised “exclusive” benefits were either unavailable or no better than what anyone else could access without the card. Overall, I ended up paying for perks I couldn’t take advantage of, which was frustrating and made the purchase feel like a waste. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you have an extremely flexible schedule and don’t mind missing out on many of the benefits.

  Yerevan card was a bliss for me. I visited Armenia for 5 days and I could not expect a more personalised experience that I got with this card. Ms Mary had made this even better by assisting me in every step and making my journey astounding. I took 5 day pass and planned all my days with this. I enjoyed great tour of geghard monastery, gerni temple, visit to zoo, famous brandy factory and much more. I would recommend this card to everyone visiting Yerevan, Armenia.

  When we discovered the Yerevan card initially, before arriving in Armenia, we thought that it’s just another one of those city passes that offer a bunch of stuff in most of Europe’s capitals. In reality, we were welcomed by a very friendly staff at the office of Yerevan card and given advice and recommendations. The staff kept daily contact with us, while we were there, and helped us with reservations and the organization of a trip to Garni. This attitude added a personal touch to the whole experience and made our visit to Yerevan that much better.
