We had booked three separate private transfers (not with tour guide) for our stay in Armenia and then, Georgia: 1) Garni temple, Garni gorge and Gerghard monastery 2) Yerevan to Tbilisi with stops at Lake Sevan and Dilijan/Haghartsin monastery and 3) Tbilisi to Stepantsmida with stops along the way. The 5 stars I gave are definitely for 1) and 2) above as our driver, Sergei, was absolutely amazing!!! Not only was his English great but he was also super knowledgeable and gave us great insights into the country, pretty much acting like a guide. We were picked up in a very comfortable mini van, with A/C, charging cables, Wi-Fi, hand sanitizer and water bottles all of which were very much appreciated!! If you have a choice, definitely ask for Sergei!!! Unfortunately our experience in Georgia wasn’t nearly as good as the driver there didn’t speak a word of English and picked us up in a small, much less comfortable car that didn’t have any of the amenities I mention above. It seems like the level of service provided by the company in Georgia is very different from Armenia so my advice to anyone is to be very clear upfront. Sergei probably set the bar too high for us in Armenia and I realize that level of service can’t be expected when you just pay for a driver which is why I still want to give 5 stars to the company. Also want to highlight that our communication with Arevik, who had made all the arrangements for us, was exemplary: she was quick to answer all our questions and offered us a discount and was apologetic about our experience in Georgia. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this company but just be very careful about your arrangements/expectations in Georgia
