With mindfulness at the heart of each practice, her aim is to awaken participants to the power of the present moment and help them find their balance of strength and softness both on and off the mat.

What To Expect

Enjoy a public group session in our dedicated Yoga space at Oualie Beach Resort or Mount Nevis Hotel, or opt for a private session (group or individual) at a location of your choice, such as at your private accommodation or at the beach. Classes are carefully instructed to provide options for people of all levels of experience and mobility.

5.00I highly recommend Amanda’s yoga classes. I have been practicing yoga for many years and she is the best yoga instructor I have had the pleasure to practice with. I have taken her Yin and Hatha classes and also a class she offered on a full moon with sound bowls. When visiting Nevis, schedule a class with Amanda. You will not be disappointed.

5.00Wonderful experience. I'm new to yoga, and it was really a great experience. I'm now signed up for more. Even though others in the class were well accustomed to yoga I didn't feel out of lace. Amanda is excellent.

5.00If you are into yoga , or a novice. This is one of the very best activities you can do whilst on Nevis. Amanda is an exceptionally talented instructor. My wife is quite an experienced yogi. I am a complete novice. We did the Yin Yoga sessions - these are more about holding positions and breathing - Amanda talks you through them. I have a hip implant - await a new knee - a fused toe and am full of arthritis. The message is - if I can do it anyone can!! I came away with my joints moving and feeling relaxed and at one with myself. We went back for a second session - they were at Oualie Beach. In a lovely room with a view of the ocean. After the second session we also had a Thai massage - it was sensational! If you’re staying at the Four Seasons - forget the spa ( which is very swanky) - get with the locals. You’ll get an amazing session at the fraction of the price - and proper Nevis experience. Can’t recommend highly enough.

5.00The class is a great stress reliever. It makes you aware of your breathing and your surroundings. At the end of the class my body feels more supple due to the stretching exercises. I had never done yoga before, but I am definitely hooked. I highly recommend this class.
